autumn

It was just starting to get cold, and the wind was blowing my hair around my face as I walked closer to the swing set. I told myself I would go to the park today to get some inspiration for the book I've been wanting to finish. I sat down on a swing and took out my phone from my pocket. I looked through the songs i had on my phone until I landed on asphyxia by co shu nie and the song started playing softy in the background as I started to work on my book. I'm not going to lie halfway through I got carried away and started to sing along its hard not to sing along. as it has started to get colder the leaves have started to fall a little bit faster and I pause my music just to take in the scenery before me. I smile to myself as I think about the past year and everything I've done to get to where I am now. I truly am proud of myself and the person I've become. Things might not have been perfect, and they still aren't, but I've grown as a person, and I wouldn't change a thing about my past because it made me who I am today.

I was nearing the end of the song when in the distance I see a flash of light glowing in the distance. I go over to see what it is and as I get closer the light starts to move. I walk out into the dimly forest in front of me. I finally caught up with the light and realized that the light was actually a lantern from someone walking in the distance. As soon as I realize this the person turns around into view. She was a girl around my age with long black hair with the tips of it dyed blue. Her eyes were this beautiful and captivating green that anyone could get lost in. 1 realize that I had been staring so I quickly avoid her eyes and look down blushing.
"h-hey my name is
Autumn". I say quickly trying not to stutter as I take a glace at her again to see that she has a smile on her face. "Hey I'm Zoe I just moved into a house not to far from here." She looked so beautiful when she smiled at me. After that, I explained to her how cool it was to have someone live close to here. I thought to myself that I didn't think that house near hers would never get sold but here was this beautiful girl living there. 'Hey so since you said you live around here would you want to hang out sometime this weekend?" I smiled and shook my head yes then I told her I had to go and that I would text her my address later that tonight. After meeting Zoe I honestly couldn't stop thinking about her. As I walked back to the park I took out my camera and decided I would take some pictures for a cover to a book I wanted to write. I took a few pictures of the leaves falling to the ground and some of the august sky. I will look through my pictures when I get home and decide on which one I liked the most. I sighed and kept walking home.
The fall had always been my favorite time of year for two different reasons. One being that my birthday was in the fall. The other reason was the changing of leaves, the sound of crunching of leaves as people walked by and the smell of the seasonal candles that I always buy around this time of the year. Another big thing for me was always about the hoodies and sweaters that everyone wears to stay warm along with my personal favorite. A black leather jacket, nothing is ever more beautiful then the fall. I could go on all day about it.

By the time I got done thinking about the spooky season as my friends like to put it I was at home. I took out my key and unlocked the door and hung up my jacket on the hook. I turned to close and lock the door and start to go into the living room where I see my best friend and roommate Elise. She kindly forced me to let her pay half of the bills and let her live here when I first told her that I was moving out. She claimed that I would be lost without her. In a way she was right but on the other hand I can't ever have any apple juice in the house without her drinking it all. "hey e what you been up to since I left for the park?" she turned around to face me and smiled.
Elise has an hourglass figure that most girls would dye for with brown curly hair with the tips dyed purple. She had big brown eyes that she was always using for evil lol. just eating ice cream and watching future diary waiting on you to get back." I laugh at her and say " you need to stop eating the nasty stuff" she just stuck her tongue out at me and I laughed and walked by to my room. When I get to my room the first thing I do is change into my sunflower onesie and get out my little space bag. For me my little space is my favorite part of the day. After I get what I need out I lay my bag beside me and take out my pacifier. I take out my phone as well and start playing the my little pony game. It's by far my favorite game on my phone.
