Ch. 1

Deku's POV
Kachan and I have been friends since we were both four. We've had our ups and downs over the years like most friendships. He's been acting weird since we both got into UA. I don't know what it is but I hope nothings wrong with him?

Bakugo's POV
Everyday me and deku always walk to school together but deku had me get up earlier than we usually do so he can talk to me about something. "Kachan are you okay? " Deku asks as he puts his hand on my shoulder. I look at him surprised. Has he found out? Does he not feel the same? My heart starts to beat faster and faster as I try to answer his question. "I-i....". I take a deep breathe before I try and answer again. " I'm fine dek-NERD" I say while patting his back. He nods and starts walking. "HEY NERD WAIT UP! " I yell while running after him

Time skip

We just got finished with hero training and deku seems a bit off. He keeps staring at me blankly and looking away when I look at him. I walk over to deku and tap him on the shoulder. "Hey nerd are you alright?" He looks at the ground and back up at me with a faint smile. "I-im okay Kachan. Don't worry about me." He says with a energetic voice. He walks away and I look down at the ground with a sadden face. What if there is something wrong? What if he found out and it's affecting him? I run into the building after training to look for him. I run to our classroom to find him at his des.

Deku's POV

I walk inside the building after hero training to clear my head. As footsteps approach I turn a second too slow and Kachan has me pinned by my shoulders. I blush and look away. "W-what is it Kachan? " I ask embarrassed. "We need to talk deku" he says in a serious tone. I look up at him because he says my name. H-he said my name. He didnt call me nerd. I-is it affecting him that badly.....
