"WHAT THE FUCK IS THAT?!" Yeta screamed as he stumbled back.“Yeta, what's wrong?” A voice asked the man, but their voice was distorted as his eyes were locked on this figure. Thunder roared as the figure flicked his fingers.
THIS ISN’T PART OF THE RESET.
That figure stood there, towering over even Hazel. His armor was completely metallic, and also covered its occupant from head to toe. The inside of the suit, such as the rib cage area and the eyes, seem to glow a light blue-white hue. The broad shoulders had long, twisted spikes that arched back, as if working like the fins on a plane. His helmet was odd, almost like an avian design, sharply edged to assist aerodynamics. What looked like a jaw on the mask then opened and let out an inhuman roar.
Gunfire and the clash of metal returned to the room. The temporary ceasefire from Yeta's scream had passed, yet the figure was still present. No one took notice of this being, however. As if Yeta was the only one who could see him.
“Wha-”
“Die.” The figure ordered, having Yeta against the wall with one hand holding him to it. The claws from the figure's hand sunk into Yeta’s chest cavity, causing him to writhe in pain.
“Wh-who are you-?!” Yeta snapped, attempting to rip the claws out of his torso.
“Savitr. The God of Speed.”
…
Ghost managed to defend a swing from Nightmare using Vindication, slashing at the arm and cutting it off. However, black tendrils began to reconnect the two pieces. Ghost looked back at his partner to see him pressed against the wall, high off his feet, and struggling like some invisible force had him pinned by the chest. Ghost grimaced and looked into Yeta’s eyes, perhaps he was seeing something he wasn't. Yet, Ghost didn't see anything through his eyes. He felt nothing but agony.
Help me.
Ryan shrugged and threw Vindication towards Yeta. Expecting it to fly past or for Yeta to catch it, he was instead surprised to watch his blade ricochet off something unseen.
…
Yeta struggled, feeling his pierced flesh be drowned in his own blood as the pressure got stronger. He met Ghost's gaze in his pain, still uselessly attempting to pull the wrist away.
Help me.
Yeta then watched as Ghost hurled his blade towards Savitr. While it had no effect and only ricocheted off, it caused Savitr to lighten his grip and turn his gaze to Ghost.
“Let’s go for a run.”
Savitr's blood-covered claws then coiled themselves around Yeta’s throat. And he took off.
In an instant, he was slammed into the sand dunes of Vacuo.
VACUO?!
He heard a muffled groan through the sand, before looking to his side to see Ghost's face driven into the sand beside him. Before Yeta could even open his mouth to speak, Savitr dug his claws into Yeta’s shoulder, making the warrior scream in pain as he was slammed through multiple levels of a destroyed building. A destroyed building in Vale. Yet faster than his own thoughts, he felt wood splinter and break against his upper torso as his ankle was grabbed and swung through a tree.
Savitr was dragging him across the entirety of Remnant in an instant. Every time he was hit into something, before he could even feel the pain or know what he was hit by, he was tossed somewhere else. He felt himself be tossed across a grass plain, ragdolling across it from the sheer momentum of being thrown. He could feel his clothes tear-
Here he comes.
Yeta saw a brief glimpse of a white glow in the distance, before he was dragged into another place.
…
Ghost roared in anger as he was slammed into a mountain, then dragged down its side at impossible speeds. He couldn't even perceive what was doing this all to him. It wasn't just that he didn't have the chance through this, he physically couldn't. There was no one there.
One second he was getting hit by a tree, the next he was slammed into a volcano. Before he could even feel the burning sensation, he was slammed into a snowbank. He felt cold steel claws (still didn't see them) wrap around his wrist and drag him away at lightspeed. What he wasn't expecting was to be slammed into himself. Ghost crashed into an exact replica of himself, except the other wasn't looking too good. It didn't help that the two of them collided at a speed faster than sound. Both screamed in pain from the collision, and the second Ghost was dragged away once more by the invisible figure.
He now had a split second to catch his surroundings. He was able to notice he was in an old, rundown farm somewhere north. The place was coated in snow, and he could sense a presence behind him. He instantly backhand swung, hitting nothing. He quickly took the Wing Chun stance, his Aura channeling into his arms.
However, he felt the force of a mountain in the size of a large, invisible fist shatter his Aura and slam into his face. Ghost stumbled backwards, before he was hit by another, and another, and another. He then ducked- only for his throat to be grabbed and chokeslammed into a building. He was in Vale too now.
WHAT THE HELL IS THIS?!
Suddenly, he was dragged away again. He could feel the cold claws digging into his neck, before he crashed into another green blur, screaming in pain. That blur was himself just a few seconds ago. Suddenly, he was dragged away again.
…
Yeta could only watch in horror as Savitr used a large tree to smash down upon him, causing the warrior to scream. His Aura had kept him alive, but it won't if Savitr continues being this ruthless. Yeta then threw his arms out wide, stopping time and dodging past the tree.
"Fucking-" Yeta cursed through the blood in his mouth as he managed to sidestep this blur of white-blue lightning that zoomed past him in his own world of stopped time. He then ducked under a metallic fist and grabbed the enormous wrist, closing the distance and headbutting his attacker's helmet. However, instead of disorienting his opponent, he could feel the sharp edges split his skin and crack the bone. Before he could even recoil in pain, the other fist slammed into his face, shattering his nose and slamming him into the dirt floor. As he lay there, letting the Nanites in his body and Aura fix the damage, he felt the cold steel of his enemy's hand grab his hair, forcing him up to his feet.
"You just don't get it, do you?" The figure's machine-like voice uttered through the helmet, his voice full of rage and disgust. Before Yeta could reply, he felt himself crash into the sand dunes of Vacuo once more.
"You're fighting a God." Savitr spat as he slammed the Zero's face into the sand. He could feel the claws wrap around his ankle, before in a practical instant, his bloody face was laying in Atlesian snow, his face covered in friction burns from being dragged all the way across Remnant in an instant.
He felt his burning hot metal boots drive into his neck, pressing him into the snow, before he was rolled over. He felt Savitr grip his throat once more and repeatedly chokeslam him into the ground hundreds of times at lightning speed. He then slammed him into the ground once more, causing a massive crater. Yeta coughed out blood, and before he could force Savitr off of him, he felt himself be submerged in deep ocean water. He felt the salt water seep into his wounds and cause a horrible stinging pain. It only got worse as he felt the water sink into his body, the world going dark as all he could see was the dim, blue-white glow of Savitr's cold eyes.
