Best Friends Until The End

Chapter 14

Lexi's POV:

I'm still sad but I'm going to try and be happy, for Mickey. We are going to the pools, I'm wearing my high wasted denim shorts, with A dark blue tank top tucked into it, I paired it with my black flats. For my swim suit I just wore a dark blue ruffle bikini, with plain dark blue cheeky, for the bottoms. I then grabbed sunscreen, my sunglasses, beach towel and I shoved it all in my beach bag. I then walked glumly down the stairs.
"I'm ready." I said slouching over in a depressed tone.

"Come one Lexi, cheer up we're supposed to be having fun." She said in annoying tone.

"I'm ready." I said sarcastically in an enthusiastic tone.
"Better?" I sassed

"Much." She said and I just rolled my eyes and we then walked to the pools.
I was still sad and not having any fun what so ever so I walked towards the pool then.

*SPLASH*

I was pushed into the pull. I turn around to see Mickey laughing. I gave her the finger and then grabbed her legs dragging her into the pool. We laughed together and I just forgot about Mason. We splashed each other and it was so much fun.

-Walking home-

"Mickey?" I asked

"Yeh?" She answered

"Thanks for helping me out, you made me feel so much better." I said pushing my body into her.

"No problem. Oh and when we get home we got to get ready to meet mum at the restaurant down the road, she has something she wants to tell us." She informed me, I nodded acknowledging what she said.

When we got home I sat my stuff down on the floor then ran upstairs to my room to get ready. I had a quick shower and quickly ran to my walk in robe seeing it was 5:30pm I only had half an hour to get ready. I grabbed a tight strapless dress that was knee high and paired it with my black stilettos. I put on some make up, just foundation, concealer, red and black smokey eye, and black winged eyeliner, then finally Mascara. I then blow dried my hair and put it into loose curls. I grabbed my red studded hand bag and ran down stairs.

Mickey was wearing a blue strapless ruffle dress, witch black ankle wedged boots. She had a silver smokey eye and her hair was in a hight pony tail.

"Let's go." I said rushing out the door because it was 5:50pm.

-Dinner-

We waited at our table for mum to arrive. It was about 5min after we got in she arrived.
"Hey princess." She say kissing us both on the cheeks.
"Did you guys have fun today." She asked.

"The start of the day was shit, but at the pools we had so much fun. Mickey, she is such a bitch, cause she pushed me into the pool." I said argumentatively

"And you then dragged me in with you." She snapped back

"You deserved it." I said

"So did you." She said then we stopped look at each other, then mum, Mickey and I started laughing.

"So what do you guys want to order?" Mum asked us.

"Mum can I please have the chicken and mushroom risotto." I said smiling because I loved risotto.

"Ok." Mum smiled.
"What about you Mickey?" She turned to Mickey.

"Can I just have spaghetti and meatballs." She smiled. Mum then told the waitress what we wanted. Mum just order a salad as per usual.

"Ok girls, you know how we haven't had a family vacation we'll, never, because Lexi just arrived. Anyways, my point is Lexi you know how you had a rough day and all?" Mum said look towards me, I nodded.
"Well you know how you miss your friends back in Melbourne Australia?" Mum said, don't tell me we're going on a family vacation to Australia. I started getting all pumped up and so did Mickey.
"Well for the next month were spending in. Drum roll please?" Mum asked. Mickey and I sorted patting tables for a drum roll. The we all screamed.
"WERE GOING TO AUSTRALIA!!!!!!"

#sorry this is a longer chapter than my rest and I'm probably updating more chapters today. I might even Finnish the book. Guys comment if you think I should do a sequel. I hope you guys enjoy this story so far.
