Harry Potter Child of Darkness

Chapter 9

Haminie acted like she had not eaten dinner with the dark lord's son, who also was her brother, apparently, the next morning. When Dumasadoor walked over and asked if she could meet him in his office, she replied, "Sorry, professor, but I need to read up on my books. I don't want to be behind, do I?" It was a rhetorical question, and everyone in her house knew it.

Dumblfuck just nodded and walked away with a small sigh. At least she is still under my control... Dumbledore thought, not knowing that she had eaten dinner with the dark prince and was still alive.

Speaking of the dark prince, he was watching the scene in amusement. He looked up at Severus... He smiled at the head of Slytherin's house. All the teachers knew they could not take points from him, but he could still get minor detentions.

Harry was sitting at the Hufflepuff table this morning. Neville was on one side while Nix was on the other. Harry was showing the Hufflepuff a tectrix game that he changed to work on magic. This surprised many of the teachers.

It was time for first-year potions, and Snape was mildly confused. He knew that Harry and Hadrian were both the same person. He knew it from the day he had saved Hadrien from 'not-so alive now' DEs'.

(Flashback)
Harry was reading in the library. It had only been about a month since his dad had saved him from the magic-hating muggles. (Dumblfuck had stolen him away from his dad when he was three. He was now nine.)

He had walked out with his head in a book when he bumped into someone. "I...I'm so sorry. I didn't mean to." Harry said, scared. He looked up at the death eater while backing up. He could feel the anger from where he was standing.

"If it isn't the little pipsqueak the boss chose to save. I don't know why he even bothered with such a weakling." The man said before pushing the boy into the wall. "Maybe I should just kill you now and save the boss the trouble of teaching a worthless servant how things go around here..."

"I think the only one that needs to learn anything is you. No one touches the dark lord's son, adopted or not." Severus said as he came up behind the man. Harry looked up in surprise. In truth, Severus was surprised till he saw the young boy's eyes. In his fear, Hadrian forgot his glamour.

Severus took the boy's hand. "Your father wants to see you." Severus was surprised when he saw the boy's eyes light up. Soon, he was in front of Severus, walking to the throne room. Severus knew the death eaters from earlier would be nowhere to be seen for another few hours, but it didn't matter. Hadrian had a perfect memory that Severus knew quite well.

"You wanted to see me, dad?.....

The memory ended. Severus looked back at the boy at the Hufflepuff table and realized there would be no way to figure out what was going on unless he asked, something he would always regret. He sighed and watched the boy a little longer. He was an enigma, that was for sure.
