1 - Weird Dream

I sighed as I handed in my test. I definitely failed that. But that's to be expected! I mean, who gives kids a test a week after school starts? That's ridiculous!

I bell rang and I immediately got up and walked out the classroom. God I hate math. With all the numbers and letters- so stupid! Like what the fuck is a variable?? Variable my ass.

I reached the lunch room and took out my money. "Sup, Flat Face!" I turned around and saw Lightbulb with Paintbrush behind her.

"Hi guys." "Whatcha up to nerd girl?" "Don't call me that, and I think I might've failed my math test." I said, grabbed a tray and handing my money to the cafeteria lady.

"You know that 'test' is just for the teachers to know what you know, right? They just need to see your skill level." Paintbrush said. "It doesn't matter what the test is for! I still failed it!"

"C'mon fanny girl! Don't be so hard on yourself!" Lightbulb said, patting me on the back. "Sure whatever." I sat down at a table and groaned.

"I'm so lonely!!!" "What do you mean? You have lots of friends." Paintbrush said, confused. "But I'm always the third wheel! With you and Lightbulb, Nickel and Balloon and Baseball and Suitcase, Salt and Pepper-"

"Okay, I think we get it." Paintbrush threw a pea at me. I grumbled and ate my food before spitting it out. "This food is ass!"

"Maybe you should start bringing your own lunch~!" Clover said, walking by. "Maybe you stop bringing butterflies to school!" I yelled back as I took one of her chips.

"Don't be such a meany meany pants to Clovey." Lightbulb emphasized. "Let me live my life!!"

I smiled as I walked out of the school building. Thank GOD it's Friday. Sophomore year of high school is so ass.

I stood next to the school as I waited for Lightbulb and Paintbrush to come out. They better hurry up. They're gonna make us miss the train if they keep this up!

I turned on my phone and opened text messages.

I put my phone back in my pocket and sighed. They're always lateeee!! I swear, I'm gonna stop walking with them. I took out a piece of gum from my bag and started chewing it.

A few minutes later, the door to the school slammed opened, revealing Lightbulb who had kicked it open. "Why do you always do this?" I asked, face palming.

"'Cause it's funnn! Duh!" "I don't even try to stop her anymore." Paintbrush joked as the kissed her on the forehead. "Well thanks you love birds, we're not gonna make our train."

"Don't worry about ittt! I called my pops and he said he took picky picky us up!" Lightbulb said. "Why didn't you tell me that?!" I yelled. "Calm down, Flat Face! I already did it."
