Wilting away like the petals of a flower in Autumn, Kokushibo knew he was going to go to Hell with all the crimes and sins he had committed, the demons and the innocent civilians he devoured with no regret or guilt. At times like this, Kobushibo felt like a monster, cruel, merciless and the list goes on.
Static filled his ears as Kokushibo blearily opened his eyes, ready to accept his deserved fate.
So imagine his surprise where the gates of Satan's should be, the was a woman with navy blue hair and eyes, brightly smiling at him. Kokushibo couldn't remember when someone has smiled so warmly at him., it almost felt...nice, like when Yoriichi used to braid his hair in those rare moments when they met up when they were kids.
Who...was she?
Was a monster like him given another life to fix his mistakes?
Right now Michikatsu felt like he was hallucinating, after all he had done...he still got another chance to make things right?
The door slammed open and a man with a child in arms came bustling over.
"Oh, look Korosu! The kids already awake!" The man gushed excitedly, his magenta hair swishing around with his movements.
Michikatsu caught sight of the child in the man's arms, the boy look a carbon copy of his mother as died from the hair that was a shade of indigo. The knowledge that he had been given a second chance hit him harder than his descendent lodging his Nichirin blade into his stomach, it all felt so unreal...
The boy squirmed in the man's arms so he could be put down.
"Say hello to your younger brother Tamaki," the woman spoke softly.
The child was placed down and shifted his way to Kokushibo who laid wrapped up tight in the blankets.
"H-hello," the boy- Tamaki, if Kokushibo had heard right, said quietly, as if he was scared if he would scare the former Upper-moon one away.
"What's going to be his name?" Asked the Magenta-haired man to the woman who fondly watched the two minors interact.
"Tsuki Amajiki," she rasped out the unfamiliar name.
