(This story is directly about a dream I had, just noting lel.)

Him.

Unlike the others I met in that chaotic College, I've always remembered him.

He was the one that provided me with everything. The one that kept my sanity intact, the one that gave me directions, the one that was always there for me.

He was the reason it was so hard to leave that wretched place. But I had to go. I simply couldn't take it anymore.

I still remember our first greeting. Along with the second and third.

But there was one conversation that really stuck with me this whole time.

One that I won't ever forget.

This is that memory.

I still remember what he said after all of it went down. One of the last thing's I ever heard from him..

Don't Forget.

Usually everytime I saw my beloved Shopkeeper, Thomas, I'd strike up some sort of conversation with him. To pass the time and to also get to know him better.

We'd talk for hours sometimes about the usual shenanigans that happened around the Controlled College.

Despite how torturous this place was, it sure could keep a conversation talking about it.

I'd always be able to talk to him with no problems, sometimes even he being the one who starts the conversation. But then,

That all changed when I told him I was close to escaping the Controlled College.

Slowly but surely, with every loop ending I got to, he talked less and less since then. Even going as far to sometimes just not talk at all.

So, I decided now, I'd finally bring it up. I'd finally figure out what's been going on.

I entered the science facility of the college, avoiding the many mindless College students in my path.

Moving forward, I then entered a certain part of the facility. Opening a keycard required door quickly and looking towards a nearby vent with a gray lever next to it.

I pulled the lever, making the vent hatch open up and reveal a pathway through. I then proceeded to crawl through the oddly comfortable fitting vent pathway.

It took a few seconds, but I managed to get to another open hatch in the pathway. I crawled through the open vent, ending up in a large yet boxed off concrete room.

The room looked like a normal gas station shop, but with much better items in stock and a concrete cashier desk.

I knew this room all too well, I'd been here several times before after all. I casually made my way over to the register, where Thomas stood in his usual leaning position.

His eyes perked up a bit apon realizing I was there, but after a few seconds they lost their light. It was like he had been reminded of something.

"Whatcha need?" He asked. Staring at me for a moment before redirecting his gaze.

"Well, I want two things for now." I'd respond, pulling out a few dabloons I was given by a pirate cosplayer on campus. "I just want a bloxy cola,"

"And the reason why you're acting so weird lately."

He paused as he was reaching under his desk to grab a bloxy cola. His eye's quickly went to meet mine. He looked like I had said something completely absurd.
