"I can't do this!" Hinata moaned as he slammed his head down on the table at tsukishimas' house in protest of not being able to understand atomic structure and whatever 'outter shells' tsukishima was yapping about

"You would be able to do it if you were actually listening to me," tsukishima batted back

"I'm distracted! Okay!" Hinata shouted

"By what? What is there possibly here to be ever so distracted by?"

"You! You kei, your sitting right infront of me starting me deep in the eye it's distracting me!" Hinata groaned as he slammed his head back on the table

"So, are you distracted or intimidated, shoyo?" Tsukishima questioned as the conversation peaked his interests

"Both!"

"You sure?"

"Yes?....no?..yes, I'm sure I've had enough studying now. Can we come back to it later? " hinata said as he stood up from his seat

"Okay, but if you fail science, it's not my fault,"

Hinata immediately sat back down, knowing that not passing the science test would result in not being able to date tsukishima. "Pass me the book." Hinata demanded

In which tsukishima complied handing hinata the science book open on the pages he needed to understand

"Now don't stare at me it will throw me off," hinata then demanded as he scanned over the content of the book

"I'll go upstairs if you want,"

"No, I want you here in case I get stuck! Just don't look at me. " hinata said he wasn't usually as sensitive to tsukishimas stare, but after the previous events at lunch during school, tsukishimas eyes felt like daggers

"Weird but okay,"

Soon enough, hinata seemed to catch onto the concept of atomic structure

"My phone keeps buzzing." Hinata said angrly

"Maybe it's a sign to check it,"

Hinata rolled his eyes at tsukishimas before checking his phone to be greeted with around a billion missed messages from his mom
"My mom's spamming me."

"Mhm. Saying what?"

"Well, let's take a look." Shoyo took a deep breath in before reading a few messages out loud. 'Where are you.'
'Get home now' 'It's late get home' 'I'm worried about you'

"I'm not sure, but I think she wants you to get home," tsukishima joked

"No shit. It's not even that late, whys she is panicking for." Hinata questioned before looking at the time

It was nearly half ten.

"Oh shit."

Even tsukishima seemed to be taken back by the time they didn't spend that long together. Did they?

I mean, they did stay till half four for volleyball, then went to the shops with kageyama and yamaguchi, which took about half an hour and after that they walked around the park daring eachother to do dumb shit like "go ask that dude the direction to the supermarket then walk the other way" and other stuff like "go sit with that friendgroup and act like you know them" and it was hilarious especially when kageyama asked an old man the direction to the supermarket and the old man took his hand and dragged him there but surely they weren't out for that long they were studying for at least 2 and a half hours so somehow the maths made sense but not realising it was the crazy part

"My mom's going to scream at me when I get back,"hinata said blankly

"Come on, coat and shoes on. I'll drop you home, " tsukishima stated as he grabbed shoyos. North face puffer jacket of the coat rack
