Special Chapter

04/12/2023- Y'all can consider this as a spoiler chapter for hitting 2k! And happy birthday to the eldest hyung of Bangtan, army's world wide handsome and fake maknae Seokjinnie! We armys are rooting for you! Fighting! (Ik that by the time I publish this chap, it will no longer be Jin's birthday but remember that I made this chapter during Jin's birthday for 2k special)

-1 year later-

A year changed everything. Jeongin didn't want to get married but that wasn't a choice or an option. It hurt him because his soulmate bond hurt him like crazy. He had become really thin now because his parents wanted him to look 'perfect'

"Hyung? Don't space out again please."

His younger brother requested as Jeongin sighed and let his brothers help him prepare and get ready for the wedding. He really missed Hyunjin and didn't want to do this to him. He suddenly recalled a memory

-Flashback (13 years ago)-

Jeongin was crying as he and Hyunjin had to say their goodbyes to each other. They weren't meant to be was what their parents told them. He cried with Hyunjin for half the day because he didn't want to let go off the older, who was feeling the same

"I-Innie... Listen here. I-If we ever need each other then one of us will sing our emergency song we appointed as when we became best friends."

Hyunjin whispered in Jeongin's ear, who was confused by it. I mean- how can you even hear someone sing when they are far apart from each other right?

"I-I know that you are confused. But I know how your voice sounds like. I mean I know the frequency and wavelength of your voice whether it is high or low and your voice depending on your mood. How do I explain this? As a vampire, I have this weird ability to know and feel the wavelength and frequency of a very close person's voice. We have sung that song so many times with different emotions. I know that I won't fail to recognise it. Just do as I say okay?"

Hyunjin whispered in Jeongin's ears again as Jeongin understood and nodded while wiping his own tears away. It was cruel for them as they let each other go but they did it to save each other's lives

-End of flashback-

How could he forget that bittersweet moment? It hurt him so much to remember anything he had done with Hyunjin when he spend most of his life with him. He then remembered what Seungmin had told him before he left

"No matter what happens. If you need me, use your special fire. I will be there with our teammates."

Was what Seungmin had told Jeongin before he was gone away. He didn't know if he would come but it was worth a try. He waited for his brothers to be done with preparing and getting him ready as he looked at himself in the mirror and smiled bitterly

Only if I was marrying you Jinnie...

Jeongin thought as his brothers left to give him some space and time to get hold of himself. He stood up, walked towards the window and opened it. He closed his eyes and created a blue fire ball on his palm. He mumbled some sort of command to it before it blasted off without anyone's notice. Jeongin could do nothing but helplessly pray as he took a deep breath and prepared to sing the song. But will Stray Kids be able to find Jeongin and save him from his marriage on time?

27/02/2024- I decided to publish this because it's gonna take too long for me to publish the next chapter as I have been busy lately. I have to report to the hostel this Saturday meaning that I won't be getting my phone much but I will try to update my books soon. Also new books are coming up after I at least finish two books which are hopefully Midnight Rain and Killer Queen. I will try to finish them soon! Until then, see y'all next time and take care!
