-The Devil You Know-

-Chapter Three: Invisible, Homelander, Blood-

"You're all just...puppets"

Ava woke up inside the boats bedroom, still naked as the thoughts of the previous night came flushing back in, as she groaned, sitting up.

She didn't see you anywhere, but knew you wouldn't of just flown off, leaving her naked in a boat in the middle of a massive lake.

She got out of bed, not really caring enough to put her clothes on as she went into the boats kitchen, seeing you there in your hero costume.

"Oh hey..." You said, trying not to look down. "You are uh...naked"

"Oh really?" Ava chuckled. "Thanks for letting me know"

"Anytime" You replied, the sarcasm not evident for you.

"Going somewhere?" Ava asked.

"We both are actually, March called us back, says its important" You informed, still not trying to look at her naked body.

"I can tell you're trying not to stare" Ava smirked. "Its perfectly fine if you do"

"I know but...but we've gotta go soon and you're...really distracting" You chuckled.

Ava looked at you blushing for a moment and smiled before walking off, grabbing some of your clothes to wear as she came back in.

"Better?" She said somewhat sarcastically.

"For now" You winked, sitting across from her.

"I guess we should probably talk about last night" Ava said, fiddling with her hands.

"Yeah...you can leave your review" You joked.

"Oh, 10/10, would do again" Ava joked, looking back up to you.

"Oh really?" You raised an eyebrow.

"Yeah...if y-you'd want to...at least" Ava stuttered.

"I mean yeah sure, I'd love to...I mean you were...very good" You blushed a little.

"But I'm not...not really sure if I'm ready for a relationship...yet" Ava said, nervous to your reaction.

"Alright" You nodded, awaiting her response.

"I think...we can sleep with other people...but...if either of us ever get a little lonely" Ava offers.

"I'll be straight over" You laugh. "And if I find a girl to be...experienced...I'll send em your way"

"I mean I suppose I can live with that" She hummed

"I mean I suppose I can live with that" She hummed.

"Yeah...well I think we best be going...March has been on edge for a while, I can tell by his emails" You shrugged.
