Scarlett’s POV
It’s been a fucking month she only calls when she knows I’m not here. “Lisa I fucked up she won’t anwser my calls. At least she still talks to the kids. I even wrote her a song I haven’t written in a long time but I miss her and it just came to me so I wrote it down.” I rant to Lisa as she sits on the side of my bed. “She’ll come home to you.” Lisa says. “Lisa I think I might have actually lost her this time.” I tell her. “Looks like she knows we’re talking about her.” Lisa says pointing to my phone and it’s Louri’s sat phone number. “LOURI! Baby I’m so sorry I didn’t mean it when I said don’t come home, I want you to come home I was just scared I am still scared honey please.” I say through the phone. “Scarlett it’s…” Greg’s voice comes through the phone and my heart drops and I just scream. “NO! GOD NO!” I cry. “Scarlett what is it?” Lisa asks with a very concerned look on  her face and I put it on speaker since I am shaking too much  to hold the phone and I set it on the bed in front of us. “It’s Greg, I didn't let him finish, I'm scared.”I say sobbing as I fear the worst. “Will you two just listen? Louri is fine, she's just a little depressed and I know she won’t call you but she’s getting her guitar ready I think she’s going to sing. I thought you might want to hear her voice.” Greg says. “Oh thank god.” Lisa and I say at the same time as we hear Louri.

Louri is crying by the end of the song. “Lor you left your phone in the humvee.” Greg lies. “Oh thanks.” She says with a sniffle. “No problem. Scarlett’s on the phone by the way.” He says and we hear him walk away. “I don’t have emotional energy to deal with you yelling at me again. I love you and tell the kids I say high and send my love.” Louri says. “Louri don’t.” Is all I’m able to say before she hangs up. “I’ve ruined it. I have completely ruined my marriage.” I cry and Lisa again holds me like she has almost everyday for the past month. “And I have to go to an interview like nothing is wrong.” I say gripping onto her tighter. “You know she’ll be watching. Sing the song on the show tonight.” Lisa says and that’s not a bad idea.
