Misa was yelling down poor (Y/N)'s ear telling her about how perfect her boyfriend was and other shit (Y/N) didn't care about. She rolled her eyes and began to eat the lollipop she was saving for emergency's.

She stood in the corner away from Misa. It's Misa's party as well but (Y/N) wasn't much of a party person.

L stared at her from across the room. He stood in the opposing corner, winking at her making her blush. She looked away nibbling on her lollipop. Misa's music taste wasn't as good as she had hoped so she pulled out her earphones and began to listen to Misery Business by Paramore.

She felt a tap on her shoulder and turned to see L. (He's now slender man!! ^//~//^) she removed an earphone and smiled.

"Hey cutie!" She says whilst he blushing.

"Hey (Y/N), whacha listening to?" He Asked.

"Misery Business." She mumbles and he places the bud in his ear.

He grins when she played it from the beginning. She began miming the words not knowing L was watching her. He grabs her wrist and pulls her through the crowds of people to the garden where the people like Matt and Mello where smoking.

He drags her round the corner and she giggles.

'Well I never meant to brag but I got him where I want him now,'

He smashed his lips against hers

'Well I never meant to brag, it was never my intention to brag'

"(Y/N), can I tell you a secret...?" He asked his voice shaking slightly.

"Your not actually L?" She asked him but she didn't care who he was, she loved him as much as he loved sweets.

"No..." The suspense was killing her.

"I think I'm in love with you..." He whispered and they blushed in unison.

"I've been waiting to hear them words for ages what took you so long?" Before he could reply, she silenced him with her tongue making him groan.
