A.L.E.N - Between Shadows (Chapter 2)

Act 26

On the other side, Hannah finally wakes up feeling dizzy and a bit nauseated, tied up hands to feet on an old chair. In fear, she screams and yells for help, but nobody comes.

So, she looks around, trying to find something to free her, until she cuts herself on the chair and finds it by cutting the rope.

Hannah was confused, feeling cold as she looked around his shelter, as she was walking around curious, as she saw an old desk with the television, with some tools and equipment, a lot of stuff, and as she looked up at the wall, it was full of ripped-off newspapers from Walfield, the fire accident that happened in 1977, and also from Mr. Walf, his wife, and a ripped picture in half clue together of two boys, but the most creepy of them all was one picture of a little girl smiling, and Hannah was in shock and said, "What the...?"

And then, as Alen returned to his shelter, and as soon as he opened the door, Hannah also slammed him with the door, but he stopped it with his foot and put it against her, making Hannah fall back on her buttocks.

Hannah yells at him, "Who are you, and what am I doing here!?" Alen lays his head aside and walks towards her as she backs up.

Hannah, in fear, just begged him to not hurt her. "Please, please... I don't know who or what you are, but please. Let me go." As Alen got closer and closer, Hannah just cried, "Please, I beg you... Please," and he picked up her from the floor.

Hannah, feeling afraid, puts her head aside and looks away from Alen, but Alen gently tries to touch her, but he backs up as he sees Hannah scared, so Alen gets up and leaves her alone.

And Sam sees it all and yells, "Hey, Freak! Over here, you lunatic," and Alen looks at Sam very frustrated, and as he was about to walk to her, Hannah stopped him by jumping on him and pulling his cap down, covering his view, making Alen walk and spin around insanely with Hannah on his back, trying to hold on.

Hannah yells to Sam, "Run! Get out of here," but Sam wants to help Hannah out. As she looks around, she sees a rock and picks it up, but unfortunately it hits Hannah, and she falls down.

Alen was staying here looking confused, and Sam said quietly and embarrassedly, "Oh, sorry! My bad...," and she picked up more rocks and threw them at Alen, trying to get him away from Hannah, and he was not happy, but Alen looks very angry at Sam.

Sam said, "Oh no..." and Alen walks towards her, until all of a sudden, Hannah wakes up with a little wound on her forehead and keeps getting up and grabs a piece of wood from the ground and hits him on the head, making him fall down, unconscious.

And immediately, Sam grabs Hannah, and both get out of there, quick and far away from Alen.

However, a few seconds later, Alen wakes up, a bit confused, and he starts coughing and hearing voices and screams, making him panic and lose his mind more aggressively as he sees his surroundings getting darker and darker and shadowy figures standing there.

That feeling of so much suffering, pain, and frustration, and being a little bit dizzy with all his strength, Alen gets up, holds his pocket knife out in his left hand, and walks away into the dark woods, out of sight.
