Empty Inside

It's been a week since the day she left and I heard nothing from her, so the best option for me was to ask Ningning, the one who always stalking her idol. She told me that she saw her last time having an interview for something and she might be back on Monday.

"Monday! I want Monday! I love Monday! Come now, please!" I exclaimed with all the agony and kinds of thoughts that's hunting me for the entire week now. Rolling in my bed with a pillow on my face a voice of a woman echoed inside my room.

"Why you want Monday that fast? I just got home!" She said and knowing that familiar voice, I removed the pillow and excitedly got myself out of my bed.

"Irene!" I ran to her direction and throw myself to her, making her to step one back.

"I missed you!" She lifted me up like she used to do before when we were little. Irene is 11 years older than me and taking her career as an actress while Jaehyun is 3 years older and helping dad with our businesses.

"When did you get home?" I asked still lifted by my sister.

"Just now and then, I've heard you that you're wishing Monday to come fast, the day I'm going for a travel again." She chuckled putting me down.

"Hmm, okay. I'll take it back because you're here now!"

"I missed you. Karina. This much!" She spread her arms for me to visualize how she missed me before engulfing me into her hug.

"Me too, so much. Is mom with you?" I asked against her chest.

"No, she's still busy but she'll be here soon. She misses you too."

"I know and I do too." Pulling my head up, I fixed my gaze to her.

"You're getting more beautiful. Any boyfriend for me to meet?"

"None that I know of. You know, I don't have time yet and I already have 2 boyfriends, dad and Jaehyun. So, I don't need another one." She chuckled pinching my nose.

"Ouch! Why both of you always doing that? It's painful you know." I exclaimed holding my reddened nose.

She laughed. "Because you're so cute, that's why!" She said smiling enclosing me again into her arms.

"But I want you to have your boyfriend though" I insist still rubbing my nose.

"In time, my princess."

"But promise me one thing, Irene." She raised her eyebrows.

"What?"

"That I'm always your princess." I laughed.

"Of course, that's easy peasy. Even when the time comes that you already look like a grandmother, you'll still be my princess."

"Grandmother? Then by that time, you're also an old woman with all the back aches and incomplete teeth making you less than beautiful and oops! Let's not forget the joint thing slash the arthritis thing making you suffer every now and then." I crossed my arms in front of me with an eyebrow lifted at him then...we burst out laughing.

"Okay, forget that I said that. Come on, let's go down and prepare something for dinner."

After Dinner

I went back to my room thinking about what to do this Friday night.

"Gosh! Still another 2 more nights after this one." I murmured, engaging myself to the chair beside my window. I didn't know why I'm still so eager to move the day so fast. Even monday means NO MORE Irene! But I can't help it, I want to see her. Even though, I'm actually a bit annoyed to her. She just didn't bother to message me or call me after that day.
