If anyone had told Lucio that he'd be friends with the strike commander and the Captain, he would have told them they were lying. If someone told him he'd also be friends with a smoke monster that used to be Gabriel Reyes, he probably would have fainted; the young Mousian still remembered the day Jack brought Gabriel or Reaper. He has now named himself back to Overwatch. Everyone was apprehensive; the ex-Talon Agent abandoning his employee to fight for justice felt like a comical joke. But after a few months of the team getting used to him again, it turned out better than worse. Lucio gained a new music friend, Mei gained a new brain to pick with her research, and the old Overwatch team reunited and buried the hatchet. Overall, it was a successful rehabilitation for Reaper, but now, with the Christmas season in full swing at the Overwatch base, Lucio didn't know how to bring everyone's spirits up.
Lucio sighed, setting his head on the table as Jack and Ana exchanged a worried look. "You could just bake something for everyone; everyone has a sweet tooth." The blonde suggested.
"Cookies are always the safest route; you can get someone on the team to help you bake them." Ana continued.
"Everyone is too busy or leaving to spend time with their families," Lucio argued, digging his fingers into his scalp.
Ana glanced at Jack with a smirk on her face. "We could always pair him up with-" she started speaking.
"He'd tear him apart; you know how serious he is with his grandmother's recipes." Jack snorted, cutting her off.
Lucio arched an eyebrow, lifting his head as he turned his attention to the pair. "If you two could stop being cryptic and help me, that would be helpful." He snapped harsher than intended.
"Just trust us, Luc; go get everything you need, and we'll have someone meet you in the community kitchen," Jack said, patting the other male on the shoulder.
Lucio stared at the pair skeptically before sighing and nodding his head. "Fine." He muttered, pushing out the chair and walking out of the room.

Jack leaned against the wall, arms crossed over his chest, watching the other bounce the ball against the wall. Then, he caught it before he glanced toward the blonde. "Come on, Gabe, he needs help." The blonde begged.
"I already said no, I don't do Christmas, and I'm not wasting my grandmother's recipes for simple cookies." He argued.
"It's not wasting; it's keeping her legacy alive. Besides, this will help you two bond." Jack said, pushing himself off the wall, and sat beside the smoke monster.
"We already bond over music; how much more bounding do you want me to do?" Gabriel snorted.
"It'd be a favor to me and Ana," Jack stated. "Plus, you know how he feels about you; this might help loosen him up." He added.
"You two are menaces." Gabriel groaned.
"We are simply looking out for you." Jack beamed, nudging the male gently with his shoulder.
"More of being a thorn in my side again, Boy Scout." Gabriel scoffed, shaking his head.
"What kind of best friend would I be if I wasn't?" The blonde asked.
"A peaceful one who doesn't give me a headache every time we speak." Gabriel countered.
"Ouch, you hurt me, Gabe." Jack pouted, putting a hand on his chest.
"Nothing can wound your ego, Jackie; your head's too big for that." The other stated.
"Rude; if I didn't know any better, I would think you were in love with me with a mouth like that." The blonde stated.
