This story takes place in United States, Texas. Where a British family had moved in awhile ago. The family included Philza Minecraft, a single father of his three sons Techno, Wilbur & Tommy. Philza also owns a café named "Caffeine 'n Coffee". Techno being the oldest son has taken the fulltime duty of working in the café. The other two brothers are still in high-school. Wilbur being a high-school senior in his last year . And Tommy is a high-school freshmen in his first year. They both go to the same school "Goldenwing High".
Tommy is often seen hanging out with his two best friends. One of them happens to be from Great Britain, just like him. The names of these two are Tubbo & Ranboo. Over the years Tommy got to know them and the fact that they are dating. Together these three create all sorts of chaos.
On the other hand , we have Quackity. And it's safe to say that he has a very messed up past. He is one of the regular costumers in the "Caffeine 'n Coffee". And is always seen studying in a corner with a mug of black coffee. Quackity also attends the same school as Wilbur and Tommy. And he is one class below Wilbur.
