Pov Sage

"Have fun!" Mom calls as soon as I get on the bus. Today we are going on an exchange. I walk to a seat in the middle of the bus. Arya was not allowed by her parents. She is very upset about it. I understand that, I would be disappointed too. I plop down on the chair next to the window. I put in my earphones and listen to my music.

My earphones are pulled out. I look up. Meri is grinning next to me with her earphones in his hands. "Hey, those are mine," I say. I try to pull them out of his hands. It doesn't really work. I lie half on his lap while he holds the earphones so that I can't reach them. I sigh. I lie on my back and look at Meri. His eyes sparkle with pleasure. "Can you see it?" Meri laughs. Oh oh caught. I feel the heat rising to my cheeks. Meri chuckles and hands me back my earphones. "Thanks," I chuckle and sit up again. "Who are you with?" I ask. "With some guy. What was his name again? Oh yeah Cooper." Meri says. He picks up his phone and shows his WhatsApp profile picture. "I'm with Bianca," I say and show her profile photo. "Oohh Bianca is hot," he grins. I chuckle and push him on the shoulder. He chuckles. I lie, with my head on his shoulder. Just a little sleep before we get there.

"Wake up, sleepyhead," I hear Meri say to me, laughing. I blink a few times. The bus is standing still. Everyone's out. I look at Meri questioningly. "We're here," he says. I immediately jump up and run off the bus. Meri walks after me, laughing. I see Bianca waiting outside. I walk towards her. "Hey," she says, smiling. "Hey" I say. I give her an awkward hug. She chuckles. "Shall I help you with your bags?" she asks. I nod. We walk to the bus. I grab my blue bag from the cargo hold and my backpack.

I put the backpack in the car last. I feel 2 hands on my shoulders. I turn around suddenly. Meri. "Don't scare me like that," I laugh. He smiles. "Is that your boyfriend?" I hear Bianca say cheerfully. I shake my head laughing. "She is my best friend. I'm Meri" he says and shakes Bianca's hand. "Bianca" she says. Meri's exchange student also arrives. "Meri, shall we go?" he asks. Damn he's handsome.

"Oh yeah. Cooper this is Sage my best friend. Cooper this is Sage" says Meri. Cooper smiles at me and gives me a hug. "Hi Sage" he says. I smile slightly shyly. "Cooper and Sage can come to you soon," says Bianca. Cooper nods and says "if that's okay with you?" I nod. "Let's go," says Bianca. I want to walk away but Meri pulls me back by my arm. He pulls me against him and presses a kiss to my hair. "See you soon," he mumbles and then lets me go. I chuckle. "See you soon" and then walk to Bianca. I can just hear Cooper say to Meri "isn't that really your girlfriend?" I shake my head laughing and get into the car with Bianca.

I grab my things from the suitcase ball. We walk into the house. I'll just put my stuff down. Her father walks towards us. "Bonjourno? My name is Antonio." He says. "My name is Sage," I smile and shake his hand. "Bianca, show Sage the guest room," he says. Bianca nods and gestures for me to follow her. I grab my bags and follow her up the stairs.

It's a beautiful room. It is painted orange. Sunset orange. There is a double bed in the middle of the room. I put my bags down and quietly look around. "What do you think?" she asks. She smiles. "You can unpack your things. We can go to Meri and Cooper right away," she says cheerfully. I chuckle and nod. She walks out of the room and I start unpacking my things.
