Marinette and Alya stand in front of Alix, Juleka, Rose, and Mylène, the two girls looking proud.
"Thanks for showing up, girls. So, check this out. I've got the...biggest...scoop! But FYI, it's seriously hush-hush." Alya puts a finger to her lips before posing and whispering, "Top secret, classified information."
"You know one of the heroes' identities?" Alix asks as Juleka, Mylène, and Rose gasp.
"No, but it's almost as hot." Alya raises an eyebrow with a smirk, "Marinette is-"
"Wait, Alya." Marinette whispers to her, a blush on her face, "Do you really think this is such a good idea?"
"I don't think it is, I know it is. But remember, girls, your lips are sealed. Got it?" Alya told them.
"Mm-hmm." the girls nod their heads.
"Well, Marinette is head-over-heels for somebody." Alya declares.
"Yeah, Adrien." Alix states as the girls chuckle, though uneasily.
"What? But how did you know?" Marinette asks in a panic as Alya laughs.
"Well, it is pretty obvious." Mylène explains.
"So, do you think...I mean...Adrien knows too?" Marinette asks in despair.
"No way. Boys never pick up on things like that." Rose told her.
"Mm-hmm." the girls nod in agreement as Marinette sighs in relief.
"Right, so let's get down to business. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to arrange a ridiculously romantic date between Marinette and Adrien." Alya paces back and forth.
"Um..." Rose glances over at Juleka, who mumbles a little.
"Well, you see..." Mylène was going to say something, but Alix beat her to it.
"Never in a million years."
"Huh?!" Marinette and Alya's eyes widen.
"Alix!" Mylène nudges her.
"What? She said should we choose to accept it. I'm not accepting it."
"Why not?" Alya asks.
"Well, setting up a date is a bit much. Besides, Adrien deserves the same amount of respect that we show you." Mylène says as the girls nod.
"W-What do you mean?" Marinette asks.
"Well, how do I put this..." Rose trails off.
"Adrien thinks you're weird as fuck and purposefully tries to get away from you." Alix states bluntly.
"What?!"
"Alix!" Mylène nudges her again.
"What? She asked!"
"A-Adrien thinks I'm weird?" Marinette sniffles, "B-But why?"
"I overheard him talking to Ryder, so..."
