It was an average day, Logan was sitting in his room while his grandparents worked, he got bored and texted his friend Ben asking if he wanted to hang out. Ben said yes and they went to the local McDonald's, while there Logan has to go to the restroom he gets up from the table with Ben to go to the bathroom, once he is there he sees one female bathroom and one male restroom...he was conflicted...he was a male...and a female...he didn't want to go into the male one because of all the other men would probably wonder why someone was peeing in the stall instead of one of the urinal...but he didn't want to use the female restroom because his more masculine way of presenting himself...it was all so weird...why him out of all people why did he have to be born like this...he stepped into the feminine restroom and got weird looks he just quickly went in and out. After he came out Ben texted him, "why'd you go into the girls restroom?"
"It's complicated.." Logan replied vocally as he had no physical benefit from texting unlike Ben. Logan sat down and grabbed a chicken nugget and dipped it in sweet and sour sauce...he really didn't want to talk about his sex right now it was all so strange to him...
"I want you to know that I still care about you deeply even if you are different" Ben texted as he grabbed Logan's hand gently.
"I care about you...I wish I was normal..i haven't had a normal public bathroom experience since I was 10..." Logan sighs and looks at Ben.
"I would know a thing or two about not being to the modern definition of normal. lol." He sent the text with a look of comfort and love in his eyes Logan felt it to...they grabbed each other's hands and giggled.
"I love you" Logan whispered something about his voice so soothing to Ben. Ben makes a heart gesture with his free hand. They laugh and smile and then their lips touch.
