Chapter 2.

~Enemies? You gotta be kidding Me!~

Chapter 2:

'We have a problem' Alvin spoke serious over the phone.

After listening to him tell us that there were hunter's and they might be after Vincent broke my heart and got me pissed that this shit was happening again.

People were after my children, but now it was strong hunter's.
I sat in the car and looked back at sleeping Vincent.

"No one will touch them Melissa." Amy assured me.

"It's not the point, people need to leave them alone. They are to young.. They are innocent .."

Vikki rubbed my cheek and nodded.
"I agree, Jaden will set up the meeting and people will help us. Over the year's people accepted us, so I think some are willing to protect us."

I nodded as she was right. Over the year's we had allot of people finally accept us, Even though they didn't like the fact that my family was Vampire's they said nothing.

"This is crazy. It's like to think we had drama free live's and more bull shit come's to town. Unbelievable." She shook her head.

Lucia left us hour's ago to tell Alex the new's. He would probably come over anyway to see us to see if it was true. Especially when his brothers pack was attacked.

As we drove home all I could think about was those damn hunter's.
Vikki grabbed my hand as I smiled.
She mind linked everyone to meet on the pack room for an emergency meeting.

I sighed as we got home and I grabbed a sleeping Vincent and Vanessa and carried them up the stair's. There folding the kids clothe's was Carla.
(if you don't member Carla she was in the first one way way back!)

"Hi Carla, thanks." I smiled.

"No problem Hun, My pup is off with his father hunting so I did some cleaning. Want me to watch them while you go to the meeting."

"That will be so much help thanks!"
I smiled setting the kid's in there bed's and tucking them in.

I stood by there bed's and looked at them.
I kissed Vincent's head and whispered 'Mommy won't let nobody hurt you '

I wiped my eyes as I smiled at Carla and closed the door lightly.

I walked down the stairs to the meeting's room. It was like a big gym pretty much that Carla's husband and his friend's built for us.

Vikki stood there with Lark and Jason.
The other's were there sitting down.
I went over and stood next to Vikki , she smiled at me and took my hand.

"We have gotten word, from Alvin and Jaden.. That there are hunter's
Who kill werewolves."

Whisper's started as everyone was worried and shocked.

"Alvin has a belief that they are after Vincent.."

Everyone started yelling and asking question's.
"We don't know who they are or what they look like. Or why they are even after him. All we now is that they are strong."

"They have bombs, like smoke bombs.. But to us it make's our vision blurry and our hearing bad. That give's them the upper hand." I spoke up.

People looked around and we're talking.
My pack mate's looked at me as I nodded.

"Are there any wolves dead so far?" Someone asked.

"We are not sure."

"Jaden is setting up a meeting for all Alpha's to warn them and for us to join together and bring them down." I told them.

"For now we need to be cautious . If you go into town, go with a buddy make sure you either tell me or
Melissa ."

"This is important to tell us." I added.

"And please have your kid's stay home. I will not have any child harmed during this ."

"That mean's no school, home school for the time being. Putting your child out there is putting them in danger's way."

"So you'r saying some are young hunter's " someone asked.

"Maybe. We don't know there face's as they do not know our's. But unlike them we can smell them ."

Jason came over and handed me the phone as I looked at him.
"It's Lucia."

I grabbed it and moved toward the back.

'Hello?'

'Melissa? It's Lucia!'

'Hey what's wrong?'

'They attacked here! It's just like Alvin said, they are looking for little boy's they harmed four of them here and loads of our men!' She yelled.

I ran to Vikki and put her on speaker. Everyone was quiet.

'Is everyone okay? Where is Alex?' I asked.

'He is trying to help the wounded.'

'Melissa they are coming for your pack next, You need to get out of there. Hide!'

I looked at Vikki who growled loudly.
"Everyone go and pack everything and get into the under ground cellar!
NOW!"

Everyone rushed out the pack room and Jason and Lark nodded as they will lead everyone down underground.
We have a underground tunnel that let's us escape from danger so like this. It's like a storm basement.

'Thank you. Call Alvin. We need everyone's help.'

'Be safe'

She hung up and I looked at Vikki. My hand's were shaking.
I mind liked Carla to get the kid's stuff packed and head to the safe zone. Thanks god she was already ten step's ahead of me and got them down there thank's to Kyle who helped her.

"I will stay and -

"You will not." I snapped

"These are my people-

"And mine to! They are strong and you will do what you need to and hide. I can not lose you to these people. Think of your kids-

"I am thinking of them Melissa, I need them to be safe, I need to find out who these people are."

A big crash and a flash bang happened in the other room.
We mind linked everyone.
Some made it to the basement so we told them to shut the door.

'Are you still up there Alpha!' Jason yelled.

'Stay there and protect everyone, Me and Vikki will gather other's who didn't make it!'

'Okay...'

I shut him out as me and Vikki went over and ran toward's the stairs. We stood there and stopped as we heard people talking down stairs.

"Maybe there gone?" One spoke.

"They are wolves idiot which mean's a whole pack gone? Really!" One yelled.

I looked at Vikki. She got down and crawled to someone who was shaking on the floor.
She grabbed her as they crawled back over to me.

"Get to the cellar and be quiet."

She nodded and walked off quietly.
I watched Vikki as she watched them come into our home.
I moved to peak around the corner.
I almost screamed her name when I saw them holding my mother by her neck.

Vikki grabbed my mouth as I stood there watching in horror as my mother had a blade to her neck as she cried.
