Do You Remember Me?

     ( Around 8:30 PM:
An accident took place on a motorway, an ambulance were clearly seen taking the accident victims to the hospital; sirens wailing in the background and voices of commotions were being heard too.)

Maya: ( Gasping for breath )

Jack: ( Holding unto his wife Maya before falling unconscious )

     ( The accident victims Maya and Jack were rushed to the hospital and doctors and nurses attended to them immediately; Lights soon fades )

     ( It was already past few hours since the accident victims were rushed in, Maya who was rushed into the ICU~Intensive Care Unit, was taken out of the ICU after undergoing a brain surgery and was further being placed under observation. Although Maya was out of danger, Jack was seen lying on the bed and was attended to by nurses who checked his pulse and vitals regularly to make sure he wasn't in any danger.)

Doctor~1: ( Talking to a nurse who confirms to him that Jack and Maya were a couple and that they didn't seem drunk at all, and it seems the accident could have been a result of a default in their car.)
In that case, a police report would have to be filed.

Nurse~1: Yes doctor, the police are already at the hospital lob...

     ( Nurse~1 was interrupted by Nurse~2 )

Nurse~2: ...Doctor! The accident victim seems to have regained consciousness and was moving his fingers.
( Referring to Jack.)

Doctor~1: Oh great, I'll go check him now. Come with me
( Referring to nurse~2 )
and you go attend to the police at the lobby and tell them they'll get the information they need when the accident victims regain consciousness and are able to speak.

Nurse~1: Yes Doctor, I'll go do that now.
( Saying this, she left immediately.)

     ( The Doctor hastened his steps towards Jack's hospital bed and began attending to him immediately; The doctor was being seen attending to Jack and giving the nurses instructions regarding Jack. He soon finishes and Nurse~1 was seen walking towards the Doctor who just finished attending to Jack and also walking towards Nurse~1 )

Nurse~1: Doctor, I did as you bid and the police had said they would be back after the victims must have regained consciousness.

Doctor~1: Very good, and please do keep an eye on the accident victims.

Nurse~1: Sure Doctor.

Doctor~1: Alright.

     ( The doctor was seen leaving and the first nurse entered into Jack's ward, lights soon fade.)

     ( The Next Day: It was morning. Jack opened his eyes gently and observed he was in the hospital laying on the hospital bed and saw nurses, doctors and other patients too, It was clearly seen Jack was still in pain and confused too. Soon a nurse walked towards him seeing he's awake.)

Nurse~3: You're awake
( Referring to Jack )

Jack: Yeah, but... where's my wife? Is she okay? And...

Nurse~3: ...Don't worry, you'll get answers to your questions soon, wait... I'll go get the doctor.

Jack: ( Jack just held his head, still putting the whole event into details to actually know what had happened to him and Maya and if she was okay or not.)
