*There is no prologue to this story so please bear with the first chapter and I promise it gets better, thanks for reading^^*
I'm Blitz, and I'm also a rocketchu, but I wasn't always. I was a young pichu when they captured me and my family. I came to learn that these people were Team Rocket and had no intentions on killing us yet. But we had no clue what was going to happen to us. This is my life's story and I hope you enjoy listening to my sad, horrid, and intense story.
My life on the daily routine is basically always the same. I wake up at the bell, then I go to the commons to get something to eat for breakfast. Next, I go to the training courses to practice and hone my skills. Then, I go to the commons for lunch, I don't eat much at lunch. Next, I go to the briefing room every day except on Wednesdays, that's when I go to the lab to get my dose of Experimental Improvement Medications(EIM for short). Next, we normally have free time to wander the base, fight in these small tournaments, or just to do whatever we want for about two hours. Then I eat dinner in the commons and then head to bed.
I live in a small room with one window and a small nest that's just right for me. My room number is #78523 and I have the best view from my window. The view from my window is just the ocean, but in the distance I can see this island. I normally look out my window when I get really sad, the ocean breeze always cheers me up. So that's my routine and my life so far, and this is also where it all began. I woke up hearing the bell signifying that the day had begun. So, I got out of my nest and stretched. "I hate tuesdays" I muttered under breath. After I was done stretching, I went to go get some breakfast. After breakfast, I went to the training courses with my owner. Since today was Tuesday, I decided to do the stunt course. The stunt course was the course that helped us to improve our skills like clearing obstacles and rooftops. There are many different courses and levels for those courses.
I lined up at the starting line with some others. I was practicing this course on level 5, the max level is 15. But level 5 is still pretty hard, for now. As soon as I heard the starting whistle blow, I was off like a streak of lightening. The first obstacle was the wall jump, a 10 foot high brick wall that we had to jump over. It was easy for me because I've been practicing, but obviously the overs haven't. Most of them had trouble getting over it, and those who didn't were hot on my tail.
We came to the second obstacle which was clearing a 5 foot wide pit. Everyone made it past that part. Then, two pikachus surpassed me, but not for long. We were coming up to the third and last obstacle, the hangers. It was a bunch of metal bars hanging over a pit full of spikes. I was ready for this one but I think my teammates weren't because I noticed that they slowed down just enough for me to take the lead.
When I got to the hanging bars, I leaped as far as I could and grabbed a bar in the middle of the set. I hung on for dear life, then when I got my balance, I leaped to the next one. I kept doing it until I got to the last one. At the last one, you had to fall down onto this thin pole at the bottom. So, I let go, and as soon as I could, I grabbed the pole and crawled on top of it. Once I was safe, I jogged along the pole and onto the finish line. I was done for the day.
So, I went to the commons to get some lunch. After lunch, I went to the briefing room for the meeting. After the meeting, I was going to do a mission but my rival wanted to fight me in a tournament. He actually tricked me into this tournament. so, I decided to enter the tournament. My first opponent was a water type. I got the feeling that this tournament was gonna be easy. I defeated my opponent with one volt tackle.
By the time I got to the semi-finals, I had defeated five different pokemon. In this match, I was surprised to see that it was one of my friends that I was fighting. It was a very intense battle. There were multiple moments where my friend could've won, but he didn't. I came out as the victor. "Good match dude." my friend said to me. "Thanks man, you too." I said back to him with a smile. I went to the ring for the final match and I wasn't surprised to see my rival, Jarred, as my opponent.
As soon as the starting whistle was blown, Jarred launched a thunder bolt at me. I quickly rolled out of the way and used a quick attack. Once I saw that I knocked him off balance from my attack I quickly turned around to use iron tail. He regained his balance just in time to counter my attack. I fell to the ground as he landed safely on the other side. I got up, spun around, and launched a thunder bolt at nothing. "Where did you go!?" I said looking around.
