Reiji opens the door for me and I walk outside the house while looking down.

"Don't be late, I'll let you pass on the punishment. Unless you come early and that's an order, understand?" Reiji said. I nod and the door closes behind me. I sighed and walk towards the limo that awaits me, from the other side of the gates. I step into the limo and suddenly see Subaru there. I gasped.

"S-Subaru. When did you get in.." My sentence drifted off since I know that he is a vampire and can teleport. I sit down. The driver closes the door and I look at him, again. But once I blink, Kanato appears. I jumped a little.

"I hope we weren't late, Teddy," He says to his teddy bear.

"Um, can you explain to me why you two are here?" I asked.

"Reiji told us to come with you. Apparently, he doesn't want you to be alone in the city," Subaru answered. My muscles relax a little.

"Oh. But why with you and Kanato...?" I asked.

"Two is better than one," Subaru says, holding up two fingers on one hand and the other hand, he held up one finger.

"Oh, but why would he think I would run away?" I asked. He shrugged.

"Mostly, every girl that arrives at our house, runs away." He says. I widen my eyes a little. So, that's why Karlheniz tells me to have a second backup girl.

"And now ever since Yui came, we've been on our guard. Making sure that none of you, escape," I held my breath for a bit.

I felt the limo, drive off and I slide to a nearby window to look out. I stared at the trees that seemed like they would never stop showing up, I sighed.

I heard Kanato giggling and talking to his teddy bear. I look at Subaru and see that he, too is looking out in the window. I saw him look at me, I blush a little and look back out in the window. I felt my eyes, getting tired. I laid down, and close my eyes.

"Anna." I heard someone say. I tighten my eyes, before opening them and when I do, I see Subaru's face close to mine. I gasped but stay still, a bit afraid if I do move he'll do something to me.

"Get up, we're here." He says. He gets off the limo and I do. He then looks at Kanato.

"Kanato, coming or not?" He asked, a bit annoyed. Without an answer, Kanato gets off and we all enter the store. I could see before we entered the store that morning was coming.

Wouldn't they be tired already? I take a quick look at them and see that Kanato is looking at sweets and Subaru looking around, waiting for me. They don't look tired. I sighed and look at my list. I hear something getting put in the cart. I look and see a bag of lollipops. I look up to see that Kanato had put them.

"Uh, are you going to buy that?" I asked him. He shook his head.

"You are." He answered.

"But, I only have money to buy the things we need," I tell him and he frowns.

"So, that's how you want to be? What do you want to do, Teddy?" He asked as he walked away. Suddenly Subaru comes with frozen food. He puts them in the cart and I look at him.

"I'm only helping because I want to get out of here, early," He explains. I nod. I, too, wanted to get out early, so I wouldn't get punished. I had told Kanato to get some things, that we needed and then we could see if there was money left to buy sweets, he agreed. Which left Subaru and I walked together.

"So, I'll like to know. Are you all related?" I asked him, trying to make a conversation instead of walking beside each other, awkwardly.

"Yeah, which I don't really like." He says.

"Why not?"

"I don't see them as brothers or anything. Just people who have the same father like me."

"Oh...How long?"

"I've lost count" He answered. So all of them are related. Good, I guess. Now, what's next?
