Legolas tries to punch Bolg in the face but the Orc catches his fist. Legolas grunts and kicks Bolg in the stomach. Bolg grabs Legolas's leg and flips him around. Legolas gasps and whips out his daggers. He stands and moves out of the way just as Bolg lunges for him. Jumping on Bolg's back, Legolas tries to stab him in the neck. Bolg moves around wildly and runs into things trying to get Legolas off of him. An Orc Thorin Oakenshield just killed falls off the frozen waterfall and lands right on top of Legolas. Legolas falls off of Bolg's back, grimacing. Before Legolas can stand up, Bolg punches him the face. "Ah!" Legolas yelps. Bolg puts his foot on Legolas's stomach and Legolas coughs. He grabs Bolg's ankle and tries to twist it. Bolg presses more pressure on Legolas's stomach and Legolas grunts. Bolg takes out his mace and slowly starts to stick the end of it in Legolas's chest. Legolas screams and struggles to move away. Legolas hears the unsheathing of a sword and he looks to see Thranduil walking towards him. "You've just made a big mistake, Orc." Thranduil spits. He runs at Bolg with his sword poised. Bolg steps off of Legolas and starts fighting Thranduil. Legolas drags himself away, his hand on his bleeding chest. He watches as his father quickly stabs Bolg in the heart. Bolg lets out a breath and Thranduil moves his sword to the side of Bolg's chest, forcing the Orc off the cliff. Thranduil quickly pulls his sword out of Bolg's chest and then he sheathes it. "Legolas!" Thranduil exclaims, running over to his son. He kneels down and puts his hand on Legolas's chest, examining the wound. "We must get you down off Ravenhill. We have to get you a healer." He breathes, his eyes flashing with worry. "Ada [Father], I'm fine." Legolas grits out. "Legolas, you're clearly not fine." Thranduil says. "Your chest is bleeding a lot and I think that stab wound is pretty deep." He says. "Bolg just pressed the tip of the mace into my chest. He was grounding it into my body slowly to make me suffer. It's not too deep a wound." Legolas says. Thranduil helps him stand. "Nonetheless, my son, you need to get fixed up before you bleed to death." He says, handing Legolas a handkerchief to press to the wound. They both start heading down Ravenhill. "Ada [Father], thank you for saving my life." Legolas says, giving his father a small smile. Thranduil smiles back. "Of course." He replies, nodding.
