"Your Majesty, you promised to make me a queen" Lady Sienna blurted out brimming with anger.
"I have no choice but to agree to their marriage" King Roman said coldly.
Lady Sienna clenched her jaw as she and her sister Lady Cherry stormed out of the throne room.
As I watched them go I had a feeling that this wasn't over.
Walking up to Prince Luan, I took Isa from his arms.
"I'll take you to your room" Luan murmured as he led me to a large room.
"Thank you Luan" I murmured softly as I kissed his cheek.
After he left I placed Isa on the bed before changing into my nightgown.
As I laid in bed with Isa beside me, I sensed the was something amiss.
I sprang out of bed, clutching Isa to my chest when I saw the shadows move.
I raised my hand as about twenty assassin slipped out of the shadows.
As they advanced towards me, I turned running towards the window.
There was a loud crash as I jumped through it.
Landing neatly on the ground below, I ran towards the river.
The reason I was running and not fighting was because these were very dangerous Assassins.
If they got a hold of Isa or I, we would be killed.
Glancing behind me I saw them getting closer.
Before I jumped into the icy cold water I used my icy powers to send Isa to Prince Luan.
When I knew Isa would be safe I let the cold water take me away.
Prince Luan's P.O.V
I jerked awake when I felt something cold slip into my arms.
Looking down, I saw my son lying in my arms with an icy shield protecting him.
Thats when I knew something was wrong.
Getting out of bed I ran towards the window. Looking out I saw about twenty shadow assassins leaning over the river.
"She jumped" one of the assassins muttered looking shocked.
"Crystal" I whispered her name as I handed Isa to Leon who had just came in.
"Protect him" I ordered as I ran towards the shadow assassins.
I attacked them killing all of them except one.
"Where is Crystal?" I demanded glaring at the shadow knight.
"She jumped" the assassin muttered as I killed him.
I walked slowly to the river, getting on my knees beside the riverbank.
Tears trickled down my face because I knew no one has ever survived the rivers cold waters.
Crystal was gone, forever.........
