on June 7th at about 11:30 me and my friend when to digifest in Massachusetts. the meet and greets were supposed to start at 12:00 and we had private meet and greet tickets for hayes grier. as you all know digitour is an outdoor event, it was scheduled to be outside but the digitour management decided that they didn't sell enough tickets for it to be outside so they said they would make the show inside. then they realized that they over sold tickets and the building only held 2,500 people and they sold over 7,000 tickets. they were going to start the gold meet and greets when they realized they forgot things they needed in new york. so they sent people to New York to pick up the stuff. at this time it is about 4:00 and we have been standing in line for almost 6 hours. they were done letting gold meet and greet people in but no body from the gold meet and greet met anyone yet. all of the performers had to get into the building so they had the performers walking across the street with security guards of course and everyone was running across the street screaming and it just wasn't safe at all. the people in charge of the venue including the police were threatening that if people don't stop running across the street then the city with shut the event down and everyone will have to go home. a few more hours pass and they are finally done letting all of the gold meet and greet, silver meet and greet, and bronze meet and greet people in. me and my friend had private meet and greet which was the next thing that was supposed to be called. when they let us in, there was a bar kinda room where there was a stage, a place where they were selling merch and then a huge line going up a flight of stairs. we got over to the line and they said it was the line to meet hayes so we waited for about 45 minutes and the line hadn't moved at all. the person on the side of us was talking with her mother on the phone saying that security said that the meet and greet was cancelled until after the show. the problem was that the original plan was that the meet and greet would start at 12:00 then have the show at 4:00 and end at around 10:00 at night. it was now about 8:00 and the show would be going on until 2:00 in the morning. it was Sunday so pretty much everyone had school in the morning. we were going to watch a little bit of the show then leave after hayes' performance but we found out he was the third to last performance which would be at about 1:00 in the morning which we couldn't stay to watch because it was too late. my friend wasn't feeling good and neither was I because everyone was surrounding us so we were like whatever lets just get something to eat then go home. we were walking across the street to a local restaurant when we saw Ethan and Grayson Dolan. we talked to them for a little while and got pictures and stuff. then we saw a girl named Lexi Noel which was one of the performers, she was super sweet and felt bad about the inconvenience so she got our instagrams and followed us. we got pictures with her and talked to her. then we saw Alex from Target, talked with him and got pictures. at this point we were really hungry so we went into the restaurant. when we went in we saw Trevor Moran eating. we didn't want to disturb him while he was eating so we sat down and ate. when we were about to leave we talked with him for a bit and took pictures with him. we heard screaming coming from outside so we went out and we saw people running across the street. we asked someone who it was and they said it was hayes. we went running but he went in the tour bus before we could see him. we waited at the tour bus to see if he would come out for a little while along with a couple other people. we were going to leave but then people like Jack Johnson, Jack Gilinsky, Sammy Wilkinson, Mahogany Lox, Aaron Carpenter, and more started coming out of the bus and taking pictures. we stayed there and I got pictures with Jack J, Jack G, Nate Maloley, Mahogany, Kenny Holland, and a few others. I had a full 20 minute conversation with Jack Johnson he was super cute and sweet, Mahogany signed my phone case and I got to see bruhitszach. all though the digifest itself was terrible and me and my friend didn't get to meet Hayes it was still a great experience and we got to meet a ton of our idols.
