Maddie couldn’t sleep and so she went to the console room, where she felt the old girl the most. It wasn’t like she didn’t felt her anywhere else, it just that, in the console room, she felt most connected to her. “Hey, old girl. Do you think I can get home for the night? I want to see my parents.”

The Tardis hummed in understanding.

“Thank you.” Maddie thanked the old girl.

The Tardis hummed loudly as then the Doctor came in the room as well. “What’s going on?” He asked.

Maddie looked at him. “I thought you were asleep.”

“I was, until I heard the Tardis set in motion.” The Doctor told her.

“Oh.” Maddie comment. “I asked the old girl to take me home for the night. I need to see my parents and if they are okay.”

The Doctor nodded. “I understand, but you could have asked me.”

“I didn’t want to bother you.” Maddie comment sheepishly. “You were asleep.”

“Now, I’m not.” The Doctor told her a bit rudely.

“Sorry.” Maddie muttered.

The Doctor walked up to her. “Its okay.”

Maddie looked at him. “I know.”

Then the Tardis landed as she hummed.

“We are by your home.” The Doctor comment.

“Yeah.” Maddie nodded as then she headed for the door, but then glanced at the Doctor. “Well, come on. I think you and my mom could use the time too, to get to know each other.”

The Doctor looked at her as then he walked towards her. “Okay.”

Then they stepped out as then they saw Sirena standing there. “Mom!” Maddie exclaimed.

“Oh, sweetie.” Sirena hugged her daughter. “Is there something wrong?”

“I had a though adventure and i wanted to go home for the night.” Maddie replied.

Then Sirena looked at the Doctor. “Is that true?” He nodded to her. “What happened?”

“A lot.” The Doctor replied.

Sirena sighed. “I get that, but what really happened?”

Then they told her everything.

Later, they were inside as then Maddie saw her father. “Daddy!” She exclaimed as then she hugged her father.

Liam blinked. “Oh, Maddie. What happened? Is something wrong?” He looked at his wife.

Sirena looked at him. “I will tell you later.”

“Okay.” Liam nodded.

The Doctor stood there awkwardly. Sirena noticed. “Doctor, sit down. You know by know, we don’t bite.”

The Doctor nodded and sat down. Liam looked at him. “So this is the Doctor, I heard so much.”

“That’s me.” The Doctor comment. “But what did you hear?”

Then Sirena spoke up. “Everything.”
“Oh.” The Doctor comment.

“Don’t worry, it not that bad.” Sirena comment.

The Doctor nodded. “Okay.” He was at lost for words.

“Mom, dad, please.” Maddie groaned.

Sirena looked at her. “We didn’t do anything.”

Maddie glanced at the Doctor. “You made him al awkwardly.”

“No, I didn’t do anything.” Sirena walked into the kitchen to put on some hot tea.

“Hmm-mm.” Maddie hummed. “I had a though adventure and you made the Doctor awkwardly.”

Sirena sighed. “He’s something. Its a shame that I didn’t know him on Gallifrey.”

“The Doctor also said, he didn’t know you.” Maddie comment.

Sirena looked at her. “You are going to stay here?”

“Just for the night. I needed to see you guys.” Maddie replied.

“And the Doctor?” Sirena asked.

“I think he would want to stay in the Tardis.” Maddie replied.

“And this girl Rose?” Sirena asked.

Maddie’s face darken. “I don’t want to see her, it was her fault on the first place.” She’s angry and the Doctor felt it as he looked over to them.

Sirena noticed it, she wanted to test it. “You don’t like her?”

“No, maybe at first, I did like her. But then she got jealous and does did. So no, I don’t like her.” Maddie huffed.

Then the Doctor walked over to them. “What going on?”

“Bloody Rose.” Maddie muttered.

Sirena looked at them. “Rose will get over it, cause what you two have. It’s something that a few people find.” She told them. The Doctor looked confused. “Oh, bloody hell. Maddie told me about your encounter that you two had, when you first met.”

“About soulmates?” The Doctor asked.

“Yes.” Sirena replied. “Just take it on your own time, but I see your bond is getting stronger.”

The Doctor nodded. “Yes, I have noticed it as well.”

“And we had already this talk with each other, mom.” Maddie added.
Sirena looked at them. “I’m glad you two talked.”

---------------------

Later the men were talking as the women were sitting and drinking. Maddie glanced at the men. “Never thought the Doctor would stay and talk. He doesn’t like to interact with the families.”

Sirena smiled softly. “Sweetie, what he now does. Its because you two are soulmates and he isn’t the last of his kind.”

Maddie nodded. “Soulmates isn’t about friendship, right?”

“No.” Sirena replied. “Not always, it start as friendship, but you can have already feeling for one another.”

“Hmm.” Maddie hummed. She glanced at the Doctor. “He’s still hurting about the loss of Gallifrey.”

“Maddie, I’m hurting as well. I can see my family, your family, again.” Sirena told her. “But they live in our hearts.”

Maddie nodded. “If you want, you could talk to the Doctor telepathic?”

“Yes, only if I want to.” Sirena replied.

Maddie nodded. “Okay.”

Sirena looked at the clock. “It’s getting really late. We should go to bed.”

“Yeah.” Maddie nodded.

Then they stood up and walked up to the men. Sirena spoke to them. “Its getting late, we all should get some sleep.” The mem nodded and stood up as well. The Doctor walked towards the door.

“I will see you tomorrow.” Maddie comment to him.

The Doctor nodded. “Sleep well.”

“You too” Maddie comment. Then the Doctor walked out and went to the Tardis.

The next morning, Maddie walked down the stairs and to the window. She saw the Tardis still standing there. Then she went over to the kitchen to eat as then Sirena came to her. “Good morning.”

“Good morning, mom.” Maddie greeted her mother.

Sirena looked at her. “Are you ready to go back for more adventures?”

“After breakfast.” Maddie replied smiling.
