Ninjago rant(Kai raising Nya?)

Really

I see this in every fanfiction and it makes no sense. Well there is no logic in ninjago so I will put the logic and explain how this confuses me.

No neighbor went to the shop and saw a boy with spiky hair with a sister and no parents and went. "A five year old cant run a shop they do not even know how to cook and they need someone to look after them" then called cps. Kai also would not know how to cook and clean and my guess is that Nya did that when THEY got older. Kai could look after Nya but someone would have to look after them. 

Kai is only 2 years older in cannon or even a year and a half which makes more sense in my opinion. Kai was not 18 when his parents left so that means they would go to an orphanage. 

Kai also did not know how to blacksmith and if he lived there all his life then I think that he would of known how the create a weapon.

Kai not going to school

What. Nya did but Kai did not. It would make sense that they were homeschooled or altered days. in my headcannon Kai is just a grade ahead of Nya. 

That does not apply to you you can have your own headcannon. just it makes no sense on how he can blacksmith without school.

Kai can definitely read in the first few seasons and so could Nya.

They had a babysitter

So the babysitter came once and let them live by themselves. Kai said he looked out for Nya not raised her. No one would look at children without parents and go "Yeah, the kids are totally safe lets do nothing". the babysitter must of been called by a caretaker.

Child labor laws

Kai would not be allowed to work at five years old. When Master Wu came they must of had food and supplies given to them. They could not pay bills otherwise from those weapons and armor.
