"Did you do something?"
"Why would he do something?! It's his first day today!"
Samidha snapped when Priya very rudely asked that question to Madhur.
"Then why was Sahaj glaring at him the whole time? Sitting beside him when he is that angry makes me feel like walking on eggshells!"
She argued and Madhur seemed to not understand what they were talking about.
"Did I do something wrong?"
He asked slowly and Priya turned to him.
"That is what I am asking you!"
"Madhur! Don't you dare think you did something. That guy is crazy and anything at anythime can set him off. And if he says or does something be sure to punch him back."
Samidha snapped at Madhur when he seemed very apologetic for some goddamn reason.
She didn't know what ticked her off more, Priya talking rudely to Madhur or Priya talking rudely for Sahaj.
"And why the hell are you so rude to him for Sahaj? When did you two become friends?"
She snapped and Priya gasped.
"Friends? With him? You don't know how scary it is to sit beside him when angry. My whole life started flashing in front of my eyes when he started shaking his leg. Who knows he might get up and punch me!"
"Oh please. He can punch anyone but you."
"Can I?"
Sahaj asked standing behind Samidha and she turned around startled and tripped. Thankfully she fell on her bench and sat down, really really close to Madhur.
"You scared the hell out of me!"
She shrieked, not minding it when Madhur held her arm to support her.
Sahaj's eyes flickered from Madhur's fingers which were laced around her bicep to Samidha's eyes.
"That's what I wanted."
He muttered walking past her and sitting just behind her.
"Why are you being such an asshole?"
"Crazy people are like that only."
Samidha turned around huffing and folded her hands in front of her chest. He can't be rude to her!
"Drinking water calms your anger."
Madhur said sweetly and Samidha turned towards him.
"Oh really?"
She asked sarcastically and he laughed, amused. Shaking his head and ruffling his hair he grinned.
"You are so cute when angry. Just like a squirrel."
"I don't look like a squirrel!"
"Yes you do!"
"No, I don't."
"Yes you do."
"No, I don't!"
"Yes."
"No!"
"Yes."
"No!"
"No?"
"Yes!"
"That is what I am saying!"
Madhur laughed and blinked his eyes.
Samidha hit his forearm lightly, trying to surpress her grin and that deep blush.
"You are so mean."
She muttered slowly and Madhur leaned in a little.
"And you are a squirrel."
Samidha gasped and hit him with her thin notebook, unable to hide her blush and her smile.
Samidha and Madhur played, teased and hit each other as if they were diaper buddies. And that, that fucking annoyed Sahaj.
He just couldn't bear people laughing for no reason and it angered him.
