The New Girl.

1979 august 4th 7:00am outside the school.

Finney and glenn stood in the back of a crowd, almost everyone in school eyes were stuck on the scene in front of them. The new girl, Finney couldn't quite place her name, "shit- is that- Davina?" Glenn, Finneys younger sister asked in quiet tone, which is not usual for her, but seeing such a gorey sight.. it could bring one to it, but it was expected, of course the new girl would be greated with the fists of the schools bully's. Finney watched as she crawled back clutching her stomach in pain as blood dripped from her nose on to her lip, her hair messy from being pulled he assumed, "You know, i would do worse but i wouldn't want to hurt that pretty face of yours you got there, isn't that right?" The main bully Buzz spoke, a grin spreading across his stupid face, Matty and Matt who were behind him nodded, just as soon as it started it ended, the bull rung, and everyone ran off to class, all three of the bullies walked off, feeling accomplished, Finney could tell by the stupid expressions on there face, he furrowed his eyebrows together. "Cmon Finney- let's get to class.." Gwen said, grabbing Finneys hand, before he could quietly protest he got pulled away, watching the girl sit down and fold into a ball of pain

1:00pm, mid class, hallways

Finney walked out of his class after the teacher sent him to the nurse, Finney didn't actually have a stomach ache, or whatever excuse he made up to leave class. As soon as he closed the door he walked straight to the boys bathroom, he met eyes with Robin, who had been waiting for him. "Took you long enough." Robin spoke, a small smile spreading across his face, that brung a small one to Finneys too, "Sorry Robin, the teacher kept interrogating me on why my stomach supposedly hurt" He said crossing his arms as he took a few steps closer to Robin, subconsciously. "Well i've been waiting for 5 damn minutes" Robin smirked
"Yep, cuz that's suchhhh a long time" Finneys gaze glanced to Robins smirk, then back up at his eyes
"5 Minutes too long. Anyway, same time after school today? I still can't figure out this algebra." Robin said, he smirk fading
"yeah, sure." Finney nodded slightly, "Let's do it at my house." Robin suggested
"actually, i have a question." Finney interrupted but not before nodding at the idea to help Robin with his homework at his house.
"Uh go ahead." Robin said ,slightly tilting his head
"You know the new girl?" Finney asked and Robins face shifted to a unrecognizable expression
"mhm.. what about her.?"
"Is she okay? She seemed pretty hurt.." Finney glanced up at him, "uhh.. she's not here.. she's probably at home or something, no one has seen her since the fight this morning." Robin said shrugging slightly, but Finney could hear an undertone of worry, "really? that's a bit odd. Maybe she just got nervous.. or was to embarrassed.." Finney suggested
"maybe.." Robin nodded, trying to not think to much into it
"Well i'll see you later alright? meet me by the busses alright? we'll walk to mine together." Robin said again, and Finney nodded.
