How we got here part 10

Setting: Outside 2 weeks later

Time: 7:24 AM

Prod's Pov

The boys and I were just finishing our game of basketball and were on our way back inside when we saw Imani having a heated conversation. We couldn't hear what she was saying through the glass of the patio doors but she was fuming.

"Who p*ssed in her cornflakes?" Ray said walking back to the court.

"What happened?" Roc asked. He had stayed on the court to clean our mess.

"Nothing. She just arguing with someone" Prince said.

I really hope everything is okay. She's been leaving the house more and more lately and when I read her diary- hol up don't judge me-.....it said that he put a gun to her. She didn,t say who 'he' was but I recognize it as the same sh*t that happened in our relationship.

We all went in the house and Imani hung up her phone in tears.

"Baby whats wrong?" Roc asked trying to touch her but she shook him off.

I could see her hesitating and her eyes were full of sorrow and guilt. "You are" she said running up the stairs.

We all chased her and when we found her in her room she was packing bags. Why the hell is she packing bags.

"Everyone just get out" Chres said walking back downstairs. We followed but were all confused.

"What did you do?" We asked at the same time.

"Nothing that I know o-"

"I need to talk to Chres" Imani said walking in wth bags and then folding her arms.

"Sure" we got up and went to eavesdrop in the livingroom.

Roc's Pov

"I'm leaving" She may have sounded atrong and confident but I know her. Somethings up.

"What? Baby what did I do whatever it is we can fix this please?" I said with my voice cracking as my eyes filled with tears.

She co ered her face and I heard her mutter. "This is so hard"

"Imani I love you and I love our child. I'll do anything for you, you know that"

"I don't- ......I....I....I don't l-l-love you anym-m-more" she said letting more tears fall. Those words really did just rip my heart out completely. I still think something is up but she just said she doesn't love me anymore.

"You don't mean that"

"...yes I do" she said while picking up some bags off the floor and walking to the door. There was a car outside that seemed to be waiting for her but just as she was about to leave Chres pulled her arm and kissed her. She pulled away and more tears came. I forced her into a hug and she looked over at the car scared tyen tried pulling away. She pretended that she was still pulling hard but whispered in my ear "I'll miss yall....te amo bebe. I'll be back one day."

Then she was gone. She left me....she left our baby and everything the future held for us.
