Tokyo Ghoul: Konu - Demonic changes

The Attack

Konnie spent the afternoon walking down through the town, she was mainly looking for decorations for her room, to make it a little more homely. She browsed the different shops trying to find something to settle on. Throughout her afternoon she noticed a hooded figure that seemed to be following her, black hoodie, black everything. She thought to herself and took a detour down an alley hoping to escape this strange individual. Upon turning down this alley she ended up in front of another hooded figure, same black hoodie, the other one approaching behind her.

"Okay, what the hell do you want". She said kind of afraid. The figure behind her responded with a smile.

"Well, you of course". He started approaching her from behind and the one in front doing the same. She was trapped between them both, she was going to have to fight. The one behind sped forwards ready to do a round house kick, but in the spur of the moment Konnie dodged him grabbing his ankle slamming him into the wall. The other ducked down and slid under legs causing her to fall on the ground. He lunged on top of her and attempted to grab her arms to pin her. Konnie mustered up all the strength she could and pushed him off and jumped herself back up. The one she slammed against the wall threw a couple punches, all of which she blocked and counter attacked by kicking him in the chest. The one she pushed off grabbed from behind, she grabbed him by his hair pulling him over her slamming him to the ground. Konnie had never known so much strength, she's never felt this before. She looked up at the other she kicked back and grinned, her left eye blacking out with a red pupil. She ran at him jumping from the walls inbetween the alley and on top of him. She pinned him to the ground and without fought bit his neck, tearing off a part of his flesh and eating it, her enemy that lay before her screamed and clutched his wound with shock as Konnie got up wiping her mouth. She stood in one place. The other saw his chance and lunged at her, suddenly he was impaled from a tentacle straight through his chest, he coughed up blood and fell to the floor looking up to see that this tentacle was in fact Konnie's. She turned to look around at him before retracting her Kagune, she killed him.

"W-what the hell even are you!?" The one alive screamed. He got up and ran away from the alley. Konnie watched him and sort of shook her head.

"What...what did I just do..." This was hard for her to comprehend, she bit off another supposed fouls flesh and ate it.

"Are you okay?" Kazuno was stood behind her.

"Y-yeah I'm fine, wait how did you know I was here?" Konnie asked him confused.

"Mr Sankizawa ordered me to watch over you whenever you weren't at the steel mug, I made the mistake of being distracted by a hot dog stand" Kazuno said looking away almost embarrassed. "I apologise".

"There's no need to apologise". Konnie giggled. "Do you know who they were?" Kazuno shook his head but walked over to examine the dead body. She lifted one of their sleeves up and it revealed a skeletal tattoo.

"Impossible..." He said standing back up. "We must leave". Kazuno said.

"W-why?" Konnie asked. Kazuno just gestured for her to follow him, and they headed back out of the alley towards the steel mug.
