part 8

           While I'm not use to the winter season at all here in LA I was use to the harsh cold of new York. Colby and I have been together about 3 months. It was close to Christmas and I wanted to go surpise my family for the holidays. I work maybe 2 days at the dinner now and live off of my photography work alone it was nice being my own boss.

"Claudia?!" I was sitting in my room when I heard my name being called I was so zoned out I didn't even hear my door open

"My room!" I called back. Soon I see colbys head peak in the door.

"Hey babe!" He smiled and kissed my forhead as he sat down with me

"Hey colbs actually I'm glad you stopped by I had a question" I smiled leaning my head on his shoulder

"Ya what's up?"

"I want to surpise my family for the holidays and was wondering if you would want to come with me... I know you might have plans with your side already but I'd figured I'd ask"

"Mom is actually going on a cruise this year so I'm comoletly free and I'd love to meet them"

"Really!" My head shot up to look at him

"Yes claudia" he chuckled "I stuck at packing so you are going to have to help me"

*time skip*

      Colby and I landed in New york, as we walked out of the gate and collected our bags I heard a screech and my name I turned to see my best friend ari running towards me I let out a screech my self and we hugged each other.

"Oh my God C is been too long" she hugged me tightly

"It has been I missed you so much ari!" I hugged her back colby cleared his throat and I pulled away"oh shit right my bad ari this is my boyfriend colby the one I was telling you about"

"Oh my God right hi its so nice to finally meet you but don't you dare hurt her or ill cut you" ari smiled as she threatened him

"It's nice to meet you too and I have no intentions on hurting this girl" colby chuckled ari drove us to the dinner and we talked. I sat in the passenger seat and colby sat in the back listening quietly

"Oh shit c I forgot to tell you!" Ari smiled and handed me something it was a small box that was on the cupholders.

"What's this?" I took it

"Open it you idiot" she laughed and I opened it inside was a small baby onsie that read will you be my auntie caludia and I started crying

"Oh my fucking God your joking ari" I sniffles

"I'm pregnant C!" She started to get teary eyed yo

"Oh my fucking God yes ill be the auntie"

Soon we arrived at fiona's family restraunt. Ari said she would wait out side, colby and I got out of the car and walked inside every one was rushing around the hostess spotted us she was an older lady named flora she hugged me and i told her I was surprising my parents she nodded and I grabbed colbys hand walking towards the kitchen mom and dad were busy I smiled and started working beside them the whole kitchen smiled at me but I motioned them to be quiet and colby stood out of the way.

"I thought I told you you had to be in uni-" my mom started scolding what she thought was a suecheff but she looked up "Oh my God claudia?' She hugged me and I laughed

"Surpise mama" I hugged her back and my dad joined the hug. "Ma pa this is colby brock my boyfriend" I motioned yo colby he smiled and shook my parents hands greeting them they told us to go to the house and they would be home shortly.
