1711, Bonin Islands
"How could you get hurt like this?" Patricia tore the wide cloth she was using. Her face really showed concern, she didn't think humans could be this fragile. She had previously waited for Freen to come out of the forest, but instead she limped off while smiling broadly, while her legs were full of blood. Her leg was slightly torn, for what reason, Patricia doesn't know. Freen hasn't answered until now.
Since then, Freen hasn't stopped moaning in pain, previously the wound didn't hurt like that, but what can she do, Patricia immediately cleaned the blood with sea water.
"Don't be so strong! It hurts!" The patient's complaint was treated by an impromptu nurse, Patricia did not control her strength when bandaging the wound.
Instead, she replied, "It has to be closed immediately, otherwise you will bleed and die. I don't want you to die." She said that anxiously, her eyes focused on bandaging Freen's wound.
Freen was stunned to hear those words, she seemed flattered? Or some kind of feeling, oh? She cares about me? This time Freen smiled and occasionally her facial expressions contorted with pain, "I won't die because of something as simple as this." If you measure your arrogance, Freen is at a serious level.
Simple thing? Humans are arrogant, huh? Patricia finished bandaging the wound, bloodstains appeared on the white cloth. But the bandage seemed to be successful in containing the blood. Patricia asked Freen, "What happened? Did you get hit by a mine or something?"
"Huh? Mines?" Freen shook her head, "I fell while going down a cliff, and this wound seems to have been caused by a sharp rock cut or something? I don't know, what's certain is that I survived." If she remember what happened again, Freen was like a snowball rolling down, she was really lucky to be alive.
Patricia hit the wound once, quite hard. Freen automatically screamed in pain as she moved her feet away from the bat. Patricia said, "Be careful next time. If you were unconscious in there, I don't know whether I could save you or not. What's certain is that you might die alone in there!"
When hearing this, Freen's heart warmed and smiled shyly. For some reason she felt happy hearing those caring words. Yes, Freen thought those were words of concern.
"Why are you smiling? You heard me, right? Don't be careless anymore, please be careful."
Nodding like an obedient child, Freen said, "Mm. I'll be careful."
Patricia exhaled anxiously, she had been feeling anxious about all the blood. She was very afraid that if something untoward happened, Freen was a valuable person to her. This woman must not die. "Then what did you get?"
At that moment Freen got excited, she said cheerfully, "I didn't get anything!"
Got nothing and she's acting carefree like this? Good grief. It felt like Patricia wanted to hit Freen's head hard. But she tried to be patient, because it seemed Freen wanted to tell her something else.
"Earlier I saw there were wild goats in there! There were flying foxes! Also fat pigs! But about the pig, luckily he was sleeping. I really had to choose a detour so as not to be chased by him."
Patricia feels what is special about all of that? Why is she so excited? Then Freen said again, "I'll hunt the pig or goat later! When my leg is healed!" Laughing cheerfully, Freen said, "And now I have to go to that ship."
Freen saw the cloth covering the woman in front of her which almost revealed that area, Freen immediately averted her gaze even though she really wanted to see the whole body again. But no, Freen knew she was not a lowly person, "I seem to see a lot of unused equipment on the ship." Freen tried to stand up, but it was very difficult. It turns out her legs really hurt that much.
