A very merry xmas

Enids pov:

I woke up at around 10am.
Me and Wednesday were late to class,but suddenly i remembered its the christmas break so we should be fine.

I saw Wednesday turning uncomfortably in her sleep.
I was going to go help her but she randomly shot up breathing heavily.

BTW Tyler had left to go to work an hour ago.
He nearly woke Wednesday up last night.
I still can't believe christmas is tomorrow.
Poppy went home with Wednesdays mum so Wednesday could rest.

I walked over to her side of the room to wake her up.
of course she told me to go away.
but of course i didnt listen.
i kept nagging her and nagging her until she finaly got up.
"Sooo,,,, wedneesday do you wanna go shopping today?"
"no chance"
"pleaseeeeeee"
"No"
"pretty please with a cherry on toppp??"
"fINE JUST BE QUIET"
"yayyyyyy"

i was so happy me and my bestie wednesday were going to be going shopping together.

WEDNESDAYS POV:

Im in such a bad mood rightn ow i could just faint.
First of all,enid forced me to go shopping with her,and secondly ,i have to deal with enid tomorrow morning.
She is so annoying on christmas.
Shes like a monkey having a seizure gone wrong.
plus,christmas is just like a normal day to me.
the only thing that is different is that theres a random decorated tree in mine and enuds dorm right now.
She said its to bring up the christmas spirit but it just doesnt feel any different.
i eventually finished braiding my hair and my mother was calling my name.
i walked out and saw enid and my mother waiting for me.
"wednesday,your mothers gonna be joining us today"
"fine"
I grabbed my bag and walked out the door as they followed behind me.
Soon enough,we reached jericho.

Morticia-"should we stop by the weathervane,i really need a coffee"
Enid-"same"
wednesday-"okay"

(Time skip-They got to their table at the weathervane)

We were all sat down just talking about random stuff.
My mother and enid were sat next to eachover.
Im sat in front of them on my own because i didnt want to sit next to them.
Tyler came up to us and started to take our orderes.
He kissed my on the lips and gave me a hug.

Tyler-"hey babe"
wednesday-"hey"
Enid-"you two are so cute"
Morticia-"im proud of you darling"
wednesday-"thanks i guess,wait arent you meant to be with poppy?"¬
MOrticia-"dont wrorry darling,your daughters safe at the daycare"

I didnt know what to say at that moment so i just fidgeted with my hands till tyler came over with our drinks.
we finished them in around 10 minutes.
We were about to leave when tyler shouted my name.
"wednesday,come back here at 9:30pm im working the late shift"
"alright"

The last time i visited tyler on a late shift it did not go as planned.
He would never hurt me now so im not that scared.
Enid dragged me around and before i knew it,we were standing outside Hawte Katawe.

Wednesday-"No way am i stepping foot in there enid"
Enid-"pleasee  they sell baby clothes,you can have a look for poppy"
Wednesday="your lucky i have a daughter"   

Enid spent around an hour in jericho and i said goodbye to my mother.
It was nearly curfew so me and enid had to run back to the school.
My school record is already bad enough fron last years events so i cant let it flop this year aswell.
When me and enid got pack to our dorm , i got out the wrapping paper and poppys presents.
Enid insisted on helping me wrap them.

Wednesday-"Cant believe i spent 250 pound on christmas presents for a 2 year old,im going bankrupt"
Enid-"im never having kids,im to broke"

we both talked for a bit and i put all the wrapped presents under the christmas tree.
We said goodnight and went to bed.
I woke up to my alarm 2 hours later at 9pm.
I put my jacket on ad sneaked to jericho.
I got to the weathervane and tyler smiled when he saw me.
i sat down at one of the tables while he swept the floors.
We talked about the monsster and they nightshades book for around 3 hours before it was time for me to go back to the dorm.
i had to get their before enid wakes up and poppy gets dropped off.

Igot back to my dorm to eenid and poppy sitting on the floor by the christmas tree.
i smiled and sat down with them.
Poppy ran into my arms and i hugged her back.

Poppy-"mommy,can we open our presents now"
Wednesday-"yes , go ahead dear"

Me and enid sat ther watching poppy screaming in excitement.
We couldnt help but laugh and smile.
Im so happy we ended up here.
Everything was going good untill we heard a knock on the door.
I told enid to stay on the floor and i quickly got up and walked to the door.
I looked through the peekey whole and i quickly locked the door.
I turned around with my back to the door.

Wednesday-"poppy , can you go to the bathroom and lock yourself in there. mommy needs to talk to enid alone"
Poppy-"of course!"

Poppy went into the bathroom and locked herself in.
I looked at enid with pure fear in my eyes.

Enid-"who is it???"
wednesday-"My father"
