Soléa finally caught herself a break from back to back schooling and work.
A beautiful bright and sunny Thursday.
She spent the beginning of her day unloading boxes , completing her morning workout and jog, and relaxing in the beach cabana right in front of her new high-rise taking in the sun.
it was moments like those she lived for. the moments she prayed for and stayed up late daydreaming about.
although she was now back up top in her studio sipping on a nice merlot with her close friend Asia who originally came over to help unpack and get Soléa situated. But, the girls somehow ended up seated across from each other on the empty tiled floors against her beach-front floor to ceiling windows chitchatting with wine glasses in hand.
she tapped her baby pink almond nails against the glass contemplating her answer to her friend question.
"i don't know i think.." she paused looking towards the ceiling before nodding "i think imma have to go with the guy who eats ass and watches anime." she shrugged looking away as her friend scoffed in return.
"LÉA!" asia shoved her friend mouth dropped wide.
"whaaaat!?" Soléa giggled talking a sip of her drink "i'm not choosing no man who suck toes and make his mama his number one priority." she stated.
"okay but ass eater is crazy." asia shook her head genuinely disgusted in the thought.
she always found that a little too far, wasn't nobody licking her pooper shooter no matter how clean she was, she stood on that.
"ion know nun bout dat.." soléa raised a brow talking another sip.
"girllla, but i'm so proud of you friend i just wanna keep saying it!" asia shrieked looking around her friends home.
soléa hid her smile muttering a "thank you fren." back.
she couldn't believe it herself. just two years ago she was broke down bad over in cali scattering behind a piece of man with nothing to her name. now she was officially a registered mother-baby nurse , her own studio apartment smack dab in the middle of the hustle and bustle of miami, and a 2024 Audi Rs Q8 payed off in her name.
upgraded is an understatement.
"like WHO YOU MUFUCKIN KNOW!" asia shouted sitting her glass down getting up running through the open space.
"decorum?" soléa grabbed her friend's empty cup and hers taking them to the kitchen area to rinse out.
"asia we need to finish this junk." she gestures towards the half empty boxes scattered around after setting the glasses down to dry.
"ughhh why'd i sign up for this.." the girl who was now sprawled out on the floor moaned out.
"cause you loves me, now come on!" soléa kicked her friends thigh.

"i'm muhfuckin tied." asia huffed out bundling herself up on the newly set up couch.
it was now dark outside and you could tell by looking out of the windows seeing the neighboring high rise lit up and the infamous skyline.

the studio came out beautifully, the couple had unpacked and built all the simple furnishings soléa got delivered a couple hours ago and set up her ambient lighting. she hated "big lights" especially after leaving a huge hospital from her typical twelve hour shifts.
you'd never catch soléa with a overhead light on that was just a migraine waiting to happen she believed.
the five foot girl stepped down from arranging her assortment of dish ware in the sleek cabinets letting out a yawn.
"me too friend , i'm finished with this kitchen and i'm starving and sleepy." she yabbled on , " i'm finna doordash something you hungry?" she rubbed her eyes stretching.
realizing she got no response she called out her friends name once more moving from around the kitchen island and over to the couch seeing the girl fast asleep with her hood over her freshly done knotless.
"chile boo." she rolled her eyes going to grab a blanket and lay it over her sleeping friend not forgetting to grab her one also.
she layed out on the opposite side of her friend scrolling on twitter until she initially dozed off as well content with her day.
