Naib stood on the high ramp immediately after coming to the skate park and he adjusted his cap before hopping down on the ramp, getting faster and faster each time.

He was always a show-off and came by every single day, so everyone knew him by now. By some, he was seen as cocky or as some sort of narcissist, though neither of those made sense. Others saw him as confident, talented and completely dedicated to perfecting his skills. They saw him as inspiration to beginner skateboarders and he knew it, which only boosted his ego.

Norton always sat by the corner of the skatepark, looking at Naib almost the entire time. He always observed each kick, flip and jump he would do, finding it extremely impressive for someone to even attempt at the next to impossible tricks, let alone successfully managing to do so. He wanted to talk to him, but he was way too nervous, seeing he might as well have been considered famous, what if he was mean deep down?

He honestly had no idea what to do, trying to figure out a way to manage to talk to him, or have some kind of interaction with him. He stared at his own skateboard and then back over at Naib, standing up after a couple of minutes. He held his skateboard under his arm and made his way over to the ramp, calling Naib's name, but he wasn't heard.

Either that, or he was being completely ignored and brushed aside.

"NAIB! NAIB!" he shouted, checking to see if Naib heard him or not. He watched him get off of his skateboard and move to sit on the edge of the ramp, looking down at Norton after hearing his name being called.

"Yo, what's up?" Naib asked, tilting his head. He held the skateboard across his lap and waited for a response.

"I uhh.. I just wanna ask you something. Could you teach me how to do those complicated tricks." Norton was easily able to do a bunch of them, but thought of this as a way to converse with him.

Naib slightly nodded his head at Norton's question, hopping down off of the ramp to stand in front of him. "Sure, what kind are you thinking about?" he asked, holding his skateboard under his arm too.

Norton chuckled at the height difference between the two, having to tilt his head down to talk to Naib. He was a lot shorter up close and he was fighting the urge to tease him about it, but held back incase it ruined his chance. "Just any. You're really talented, so I just want to try learn from the best, y'know?" He watched Naib grow a small smirk across his face and just waited for a couple of moments.

"Sure, why not? I guess I'll have something to entertain me." Naib snickered, making his way over to one of the corners of the skatepark, placing his skateboard on the ground and waiting for Norton to copy him. Once he did, he placed one of his feet onto the board, watching Norton copy him again. "Alright, so I'm gonna show you how to do the 'manual' trick. Sor first, you're gonna want to put this foot at the back of the board, where the tail is and put more pressure on it. Go that?"

Norton nodded and waited for the next instruction.

"Then, allow the front wheels to lift off the ground. Like this." Naib demonstrated what Norton should do next and he followed with ease. "Right you got that. The, you're gonna want to keep your knees bent.. and look where you want to go. Like this." Again, Naib showed Norton what to do, smirking when he saw how easily he was doing it. "And then just roll away!"

Norton did exactly what Naib told him to, bending his knees and moving himself to go right. "I did it!"

Naib clapped both of his hands together and stared up at Norton, then back at the two boards. "Another one I can show you is a pretty simple one just like 'manual'. It's called either the 'flip on' or 'foot stomp'. Wanna learn that one?" he asked, receiving an eager nod in response. "Alright so, The 'flip on' was one of the first tricks I ever learned on a skateboard and it definitely feels awesome to add to your small bag of tricks. This is a stationary trick since the board starts upside down with the grip tape to the ground. From there, just place your feet underneath the board so when you jump, it flips the board upright and you can land back on it. Just copy me."
