A Fluttering is my own species I made! I tried to make designs and stuff not too strict so I can make characters easily.

They can be any color too.
This is the most common look for a Fluttering and the base I used to make the species (I didn't make the base!).
There is a million combinations with all the things that can be on this creature! A few examples that aren't too rare are Antenna and Butterfly wings on tail!

Insert is the capital of their species and really their whole continent.
Their names can be anything, but often something relating to them. There is special future tellers that can figure out a Fluttering's destiny just by touching them and a lot of parents go to one to name their youngling (the name for a child Fluttering).
The Flutterings are always ruled by 2 and have a election every 10 years to change or keep the rulers. The rulers don't have to be in a royal family and has no rules of who can try to be one. The 2 ones can any relationship siblings, friends, partners, or anything!
The current rulers are two kings who are brothers, the younger one is Apple and older one is Pear. They have been the kings for 30 years and Apple is 51 while Pear is 53.
Flutterings can live up to be 300 and are considered adults at 20 and considered old at 150.
There is also magic that some Flutterings have. When one has magic it is for anything and they get to choose what exactly to train themselves to be good at.
A different version of magic is alchemy, makes poisons and potions.
