Not so long ago

In the mysterious land of Toronto, Canada

                                                                           Y/n Pilgrim was dating a high schooler

"Y/N Pilgrim is dating a high schooler." Kim, Y/N first ever ex girlfriend brought up as the band ate breakfast together "Really? Is she hot?" Kim spoke again "How old are you now Y/N like 28?" She sarcastically asked "I'm not playing your little games Kim."  "You've been out of High school for 13 years." "I'm 22...22." She tried to defend herself. "You're dating a high school girl, not bad not bad." Stephen congratulated "Thank you, thank you." Young Neil looked up from his ds "So you guys like you know... do it yet..." "We have done many things." She had a somewhat happy look on her face "We ride the bus together and we have meaningful conversations about how year book club went and about her friends." She happily explained "Oh and you know drama." No one at the table looked impressed "Have you even kissed her?" Young Neil muttered out "We almost held hands once but then she got embarrassed." Gushed Y/N Like it was the cutest thing in the world. "Well aren't you pleased as punch." Kim once again sarcastically added on this time angrier with her tone, "So what's her name?" "Knives Chau...She's Chinese..." Everyone at the table looked at her. "Wicked..." "So when do we get to meet her?" "Oh please let it be soon." You could hear the eye roll in Kim's tone

"Ding Dong!" "That's for me!"

Once the door opened Knives waved with a gentle high. "You promise to be good?" Y/N joked but knives took it a bit to literal "Of course I'll be good." Y/n responded with the same tone "seriously please be good." " A-am I normally not?"

Y/N opened the door a bit more to reveal the lead singer of the band "Knives this is Stephen Stills. He's the talent." Before she could get a word in he shut the door and turned to Y/N "Hey is she gonna geek out on us?" "She'll just sit in the corner man." "No I mean I want her to geek out." "She'll geek, she geeks, She has the capacity to geek." "Ok." He opened the door and pointed his thumb to the couch "You're good."

"Wow..." "Here let me get your coat." "Hi.." "Knives that's Kim." She dropped her "girlfriends" coat on the ground and moved away. "Sorry but what was your name?" "Kim." "Can you play the drums?" Kim gently leaned on her set "Yes." "That is so awesome." "Knives that's young Neil." She introduced them as she got speakers ready. Neil sat on the couch next to her "Hi." "Hi... what do you play?" "Well... um Zelda uh Tetris um that's kinda uh big question." Knives looked confused.

"Alright let's start with Launch pad Mcquack." Stephen got up to the microphone "Uh it's not actual title." "We Are Sex Bo Bomb! 1 2 3 4!"

Once band practice was over and knives went home they were all hanging out in Young Neils room "She seems nice." "Yeah she seems awesome." "Y/N if your life had a face I would punch it." "Yeah." Y/N quickly snapped her head back "wait what" "I mean are you really happy or are you really evil?" "Like do I have ulterior motives or something? I'm offended Kim." "Wounded even?" "Hurt Kim." Afterwards

Y/n entered her small home and scraped the snow off of her shoes "Before you hear some dirty lies from someone else yes I am dating a high schooler." "Awww is he cute." Wallace didn't even bother to look up from his magazine "haha." Y/n let out a fake laugh "Does this mean we can finally stop sleeping together?" "You see another bed in here?" She asked slightly annoyed as she hung up her jacket. "Oh yeah. We're straight couple forever." Y/n was still shaking of some water from her hands as she left the bathroom "So the high schooler thing don't tell too many people." "You know me." He threw his magazine onto the nearby table "I mean don't tell my sister." He took out his phone and moved straight to the bathroom "You know me." "Who are you texting?" Their home phone rang and she immediately went to answer only to be greeted by her pissed sister "Eighteen years old. Scandal." "That not true. Who told you." She mumbled out "Wallace. Duh." "That gossipy bitch." "You know me." Wallace emerged from the bathroom only to slink back in "Wallace!" "Who is this mystery child you date?" "Knives Chau. She's Chinese." "Holy shit." she sounded so tired of her sisters antics"It's a catholic school too." "With the uniform and everything." "Yeah..." the eldest sister whimpered out "Don't catholic schools kick you out if your gay or something "...She's in the closet..." "Oh my god your dating an eighteen year old closeted school girl.
