The New Girl

- KARINA -

"Oh, holy gracious! This headache is really the most painful among all the pains I could ever have." I murmured to myself while rubbing my temples.

Minju didn't let me sleep last night. She's asking me literally everything and I don't know if she really need it or just her being my b*tch cousin. Gladly, uncle came earlier than I thought and exchanged with me for being the caregiver of Minju and now here I am, keeping my eyes wide awake with this terrible headache.

Fortunately, though the hallway is packed with students, the noise was at a minimum level keeping my tormenting head to just relax. And just a second after I said that someone slammed the door open sending me a great smashing sound adding to the pain I'm having at the moment.

'Gosh!'

Turning my head in the direction, I saw a new face and I'm very sure this is the first time I've seen her. She has long blonde hair, tanned skin, nice height and curvy body with her pouty lips plus sunglasses inside the school.

'Really, where's the sun here?'

All the students followed every confident step this girl was making.

I could hear lots of boys whistling and eyeing her lust, and girls, well of course chattering and gossiping with their girlfriends. A cliché scene when you are in high school.

Shaking my head and not totally amazed with whoever she is, I make my own way away from the drama scene.

"Hey!"

Someone shouts but I deadpanned it and continued to walk thinking that it might be someone calling their friends.

"Hey, Jimin!"

Oh, boy! Sure, it's me this time. With a frown in my face, I turned my heels to this someone and was surprised that this new girl was gallantly standing in front of me.

"Hi, Jimin. Nice to see you today." She greeted me, smirking.

"He—hello. I'm sorry but who are you and how do you know me?" I asked not to sound offensive. She looked at me and was about to open her mouth when Seulgi yelled at my back, shooting me another pain in my poor head.

"Rina, finally you're here. We have something to tell you. Yesterday, there was this b*tch who are looking for you!" She jabbered while approaching me. I am mouthing to her to shut up, but she didn't get it and continued with her mouthful rant with my two other best friends being her sidekicks.

And when she was standing beside me, her eyes got wide when she saw the b*tch she was pertaining to was smiling in front of me.

"Oh." Somi and Ningning exclaimed, taking a step back.

"Am I that b*tch?" She wiggled her fingers towards my friends leaving their mouths agape.

"Look, I'm sorry for that. You know, they didn't mean it. Hmm..." I apologized but stopped remembering I still hadn't got her name.

"Aeri. I'm Aeri Uchinaga." She said, extending her hand to me.

"Nice meeting you, Aeri. Well, I think I don't need to tell you, my name." I told her as we did the handshake.

"And these are my best friends, Seulgi, Somi and Ningning." I introduced them as they awkwardly said 'hi' to Aeri.

"Well, hello to you, girls. Coming from the b*tch you were pertaining to a while ago." She said with sarcasm.
