'Why do I still feel this way??' That's the same question Katsuki has been asking himself for the third time this week. Every time he looks at y/n or sees her talking to anyone else he can't help but feel this feeling. You see..(LMFAO..dharr man joke😭😭) y/n and Katsuki broke up a few months ago. They both agreed that maybe it was too soon and that they could focus on being heroes. But of course they agreed to still be friends, he won't admit you're friends he just says you're one of the 'less annoying' extras he can somewhat tolerate. Nonetheless...since the break up it's been pretty awkward between you two. But ever since a few weeks ago when class 1-A decided to have a game night and he got dared to kiss y/n it's been even worse. He's felt this weird feeling every time you came into sight or even if someone said your name. It's like he felt the spark come back...but he refused to admit it to himself.

"...BAKUBRO" Katsuki finally snapped out of his thoughts after hearing a certain red heads voice. "Dude are you good...you've been staring into space for like 4 minutes??" Ejiro said raising his eyebrow at the now irritated blonde. "I'm fine shitty hair..." in all honesty he wasn't...about 5 minutes ago he witnessed y/n being all buddy buddy with Tenya and its pretty clear he wanted to blow him into the atmosphere. "Okayyyy...well come on let's go.."

"Where the hell are we going" Katsuki asked scrunching his face. "Bakugooo, remember we're going to the mall...you really need to start paying attention" Ashido said standing up. Katsuki gave her the finger and got up to get ready to leave. "Wait we're waiting on—" Denki started until a voice cut him off  "Sorry I'm late guys I was helping Tenya finish cleaning the gym" they heard a sharp but soft voice from behind them. "Hiii y/n, it's alright now let's go I don't want to miss the sales" Ashido locked arms with y/n and began to walk with the rest of the group.

-Bakugo's POV
'Why...why is she here' I thought to myself as I looked at y/n smile with Mina. I turned away quickly and continued walking as y/n turned her head and looked at me. After about a 10 minute walk we made it to the mall and went in, I watched as Mina and y/n ran off to do whatever. 'She always loved shopping' I thought again as they disappeared. "Alright dude what's up" shitty hair asked me. "The hell are you going on about shitty hair" I had a feeling I knew the next question. "Well first you were totally zoned out earlier and on the way here you kept staring at y/n" he said with a confused but curious tone. As I opened my mouth dunce face said " don't forget he was just staring at her now too" with a smirk on his face. "You idiots are both seeing shit" I protested in my defense. 'This is gonna be a long day'

-Nobody's POV
The rest of the day consisted of them walking around and Katsuki getting sneak peeks at y/n. But what he didn't notice was that y/n noticed his glances and it was driving her crazy. When Ashido asked her to come to the mall with them of course she said yes. In all honesty...she only agreed because she knew Katsuki would be there, so she made sure to wear something cute but comfortable to not make her look like a try hard. Ever since their kiss at game night she has non stop been thinking about him. When they broke up it was so hard on her, but she put those feelings aside. She thought that would be her chance to at least speak to Katsuki but Ashido got in the way. So now here she is..sitting in the kitchen of the lounge area at 12:09 A.M deep in her thoughts not paying attention to the person who walked in.

-Y/n's POV
I was deep in my thoughts when I heard a low voice that damn near sent me into shock. "What the hell are you doing up extra??" I turned to see Katsuki looking at me from the doorway. "Can't sleep.." I said looking back down at my hands.
"Tch...me either" he said slightly irritated...he always went to sleep early so when he didn't he had more of an attitude than usual. "Did you have fun today??" I asked referring to the mall trip. "Tch.. no. I would've much rather been happy staying here alone" He walked to the fridge and grabbed a bottle of water. "Katsuki...can I ask you something..." I said deciding if I should ask my question. "You're most likely gonna ask it anyways so go ahead extra" he looked at me.. 'there's that feeling again' I said to myself. "Well...hurry up extra before I go—" he didn't even get to finish his sentence before I blurted out "Do you still love me..do you ever think about what if we didn't break up.." I looked back up to see him staring at me but not his usual expression...this one was soft. "Every damn day...since that stupid game night kiss..all I do is think about you. Your dumb face, and your dumb (e/c) eyes. I keep getting this weird feeling again and again..." He was now standing in front of me...his words sounded so genuine..they didn't sound like him but somehow I knew he meant it
"I want to say I don't but.." those words broke me at first until I heard... "but I love you."
