El's POV
"Goodbye Mike"
It all goes white. I wake up at a place that looks like Mike's school, but way darker. Then I realize I must be in the upside-down. I start to panic. I walk all around the school to see if I can find a rip back to the real world. Finally after about 20 minutes of searching, I find one only small enough for me to just barely fit through. Once I am out I feel a lot calmer. But then I realize I still have to find Mike. I started to panic again. What if I never find him again? I decide to scream his name and see if he hears me.
"Mike!.... Mike!!!!...... MIKE!!!......"
No response.
I do the only thing I can think of, run. It feels like I has been running for forever. I find myself in the woods but I feel so drained. Defeating the demogorgon is hard. So I just lie down on the floor.
Hey short chapter I know, I just wanted to get us started. Next chapter will be more focused on Mike.
