Eva Marie 's POV

I awoke to the sound of my little sister screaming. I immediatly ran to her bedroom. Only to find her pointing at a itsy bitsy spider. With one swift motion I slammed my palm against the wall. Killing the spider along the way. As weird as it was I enjoyed the sensations that I got from killing. It left me feeling. Thrilled. Superior. Feared. All the feelings that kept me sane.

"Thanks Evie! "
"Yeah, No problem." I said walking into my slowly even though the adrenaline from killing had me on the edge. I guess you could say I needed more.

I slid into the bed waiting for my mom and dad to come talk to my sister about her little episode with the spider. I heard her recall the moment I smashed and killed the spider with my bare hands. I looked over and seen that my digital clock read three in the morning. The first thing that came to my mind was to sleep. I couldn't. I needed more. I needed to kill. I ran over to my dresser and found my sweatshirt that I wore always on the hunt. As I called it. I slide my window open just enough for me to slide out and jump. Hoping to land on the balls of my feet. As the adrenaline still rushing through my blood, I took the jump luckily landing graceful and silent on the balls of my feet. Then I did it I started running at a speed that I had managed to keep after being in track and field for three years. Mom had always said that I had an unnatural speed.
