"Aren't you going to eat, Princess?" I looked over at Yona holding a stick with a fish on it. Yona continues to stare off into the fire, motionless. I turn my gaze back to Hak with a worried expression.

"I need to bathe." I mutter to myself. I set down my fish and lean back on the tree. "There is a pond nearby. You can bathe there and I'll keep watch," Hak suggested.

Yona perked up at that. "I'll come with you Hakura." Hak leads us over to a nice pond surrounded by small rocks. He turns around to give us privacy as we bathe.

As Yona and I stood by the tranquil pond, the sunlight gently illuminated the water's surface. We undressed, carefully folding our clothes and placing them on the nearby rocks. The cool morning air sent a shiver down my spine as I dipped my toe into the water.

"Is it cold?" Yona asked, her voice filled with anticipation.

I nodded, a small smile playing on my lips. "A little, but it's refreshing. Come on, let's go in together."

Hand in hand, we waded into the pond; the water enveloping us in its embrace. The sensation was invigorating, washing away the weariness of our journey. Yona's laughter echoed through the day as we splashed and played like carefree children.

Hak stood guard a few paces away, his unwavering gaze fixed on the surrounding woods. His dedication and loyalty were evident even in the simple act of granting us privacy. I couldn't help but feel grateful for his unwavering protection.

As the water embraced us, I felt a deep sense of tranquility wash over me. The worries and burdens that weighed heavily on my shoulders seemed to dissolve into the ripples of the pond. In this moment, all that mattered was the bond between Yona, Hak, and me—a bond forged through adversity and unbreakable as steel.

Yona interrupted my thoughts, letting out a scream. I look over and see small creatures on her legs. Getting out, I also see the same creatures on my legs. Hak turns around and rushes over to us. "What are these!?" I shriek.

He sighs and starts to pull the creature off. "They are called leeches. They are nothing but some blood suckers." Once he finished, he turned around and threw our clothes at us. "I'll give you some time to get changed." I glanced back over to where Hak left and began to put my clothes on.

After finishing, we went back to our spot at the tree and sat there. "Hak... Yona... are we going to be okay?" I asked with my voice wavering. Hak took my hand in his and looked me in my eyes. "I promise you that everything will be just fine. You'll still find love and get married like you've always wanted. I'll be here to protect you guys. It's my job."

I nod, staring out into the forest. As the day goes on, night begins to fall. "I'm going to rest." Standing up, I go over to our tree and prop myself against it.

Hak follows suit, settling down beside me with his back against the tree trunk. Yona joins us, curling up on the other side, seeking solace in our presence. The crackling fire casts a warm glow, creating a sense of comfort in the midst of the encroaching darkness.

As we sit in silence, the weight of our journey and the uncertainties that lie ahead hang heavy in the air. It's in these moments of vulnerability that the strength of our bond shines through, reminding us of the unwavering support we have in one another.

Hak turns his gaze toward me, his eyes filled with unwavering determination. "Hakura, no matter what challenges we face, I'll always be there to protect you. You're not alone in this."

His words wash over me, bringing a glimmer of hope to my weary heart. I reach for his hand, intertwining our fingers, drawing strength from his touch. "Thank you, Hak. Your presence alone gives me the courage to keep going."

With the night settling in, the forest around us comes alive with the sounds of nocturnal creatures. The stars twinkle above, offering a glimpse of the vast possibilities that await us.

Hak's voice breaks the silence, his voice soft but resolute. "Rest well. Tomorrow is a new day." I nod before closing my eyes and succumbing to sleep.

Momoironoryu

I wake up out of my sleep to hear whispering. Looking around, I don't see anybody. Thinking it's my imagination, I lay back down.

Momoironoryu

My heart rate picks up as I hear the strange noise again. Almost as if it's calling out to me. "Who is Momoironoryu?" I ask myself. Suddenly, I feel a pink haze cover my vision and take over my mind.
Without knowing, I stand and began to walk around the forest. I come to a stop at a lake and look into the water. Then suddenly everything goes black.

-in a hazy domain-

I wake up with a groan escaping my mouth. Is it morning already? Looking around, I notice that I am not outside anymore.

"Hello, child," a voice calls out, echoing softly through the mist that surrounds me. I turn, searching for the source of the sound, but all I see is an endless expanse of swirling pink fog.

"Who's there?" I call out tentatively, my voice barely louder than a whisper.

"I am Momoironoryu," the voice replies, its tone both gentle and enigmatic. "I have been waiting for you."

Confusion swirls within me like the mist that envelops this strange place. "Waiting for me? But why?"

"You are the chosen one," the voice declares, its words resonating with a sense of purpose. "Chosen to fulfill a destiny that has been written in the stars since time immemorial."

I struggle to comprehend the enormity of what I'm hearing. "Destiny? What do you mean?"

"You possess the power of the Pink Dragon," Momoironoryu explains cryptically. "A power that has the potential to shape the fate of this world."

My mind races with questions, but before I can voice them, the mist begins to shimmer and part, revealing a figure standing before me. It is a majestic dragon, its scales shimmering with iridescent hues of pink and gold.

"Behold the Momoironoryu," the voice intones, reverence lacing its words. "I am the guardian of the Dream Realm, you shall undergo the trials that will awaken your true potential."

I gaze in awe at the magnificent creature before me, its presence filling me with both wonder and trepidation. "Trials? What kind of trials?"

"The trials of the mind, body, and spirit," Momoironoryu replies solemnly. "Only by overcoming these challenges will you unlock the full extent of your power."

I nod slowly, determination welling up within me. "I will do whatever it takes. I won't let you down."

The dragon's eyes gleam with approval. "Very well, child. Your journey begins now."
