A boy sat in amongst the bushes, and he was covered in mud.Troy, on the other hand, was fixing a fence that fell over. The boy was just sitting there in plain sight. Troy soon finished his work and then went on a walk. Troy noticed something move in the distance and pulled out his knife in case it was a walker. And to his surprise, it was a child who seemed young. Troy put his knife away and walked closer to the boy. The child did not notice Troy he was playing quietly by himself.
Troy spoke softly to him. "Hey,kid, what are you doing out here." The kid looked at him and smiled at Troy.He could see the innocence in the child's eyes, Troy sized the kid up, and the child looked 7 or so.
The boy looked at Troy, confused about where he was it seemed like he had been there for a while now, and Troy offered him a hand to help him up onto his feet.
The boy took his hand, and Troy walked him to the gates of the ranch where Troy's father was waiting for him to get back, but jeremiah didn't expect Troy to bring a kid with him.
"What's your name, kid?" Troy asked, and the boy soon replied quietly."wyatt." Troy nodded at the boy's answer. "Ok, wyatt, its nice to meet you, I'mTroy." Wyatt nods and smiles at Troy, who had picked him up and carried him to his house on the ranch.
A couple of weeks later
It had been a couple of weeks had gone by, and Troy and his militia went out to an outpost and is staying there as for wyatt jake has been looking after him as Troy didn't want jeremiah near him and jake gave him one of Troy's old journals as he hasn't used it he gave it to wyatt to write down his feelings and worries in it but he mostly used it as a scrapbook. It was hard for wyatt to see jake have to go to the outpost to drop off supplies, but it was too dangerous for wyatt to go to even though he had gone before jake didn't want to risk it. So the only option was to leave wyatt with jeremiah, and jake hated it as wyatt was sensitive to different things, including loud noise and different textures of food and material.
Wyatt's journal
Soon Troy had arrived safely back at the ranch and I was really happy to see him as I missed him and I walked out of Troy's house and jake wasn't there so I asked where he was and Troy said they should be right behind them. But they were nowhere to be seen. Troy said he'll take a grow to go look for them, but jeremiah said that they would turn up.
