I can't believe that just happened,everything happened so quickly that I think I got whiplash. I begin to walk back to the hall before I grab Yongbok quickly and kiss him on the lips briefly.

Yongbok widens his eyes "You little devil,you have to be careful" He whispers

"Does it seriously look like I give a damn?" I really don't, the way it looks like it's turning out,I might become king sooner than I thought" I mumble to him before reaching the hall where everyone but the general inspector and my father is there.

This is not going to be pretty to say the least "You didn't consult the council King Hwang,what else will you hide?"

Father is furious right now as his face is turning blood re.He's going to drive his blood pressure too high but that's not my problem. "I'm the king,I don't have to consult the council on anything,I have the highest power"

"Since when have you ever not consulted the council? So you're going to hand over your only son to an enemy of ours so you can have a deal with them? You aren't thinking straight and you are over steping your power." The general inspector mentions.

He looks to the side quickly before bowing as Yongbok does the same despite being in a somewhat high position himself. "Father,I figured that you wanted me here" I spoke before stepping in further but Yongbok stayed there.

"Yes" He glances over at Yongbok before saying "You are dismissed" Is he kidding me right now? He just doesn't want Yongbok to see his bad side but that's a bit too late.

"Actually,he's my bodyguard and the contract that you have on that scroll shows that he shall be with me at all times no matter what I do. That means it includes now" I smile knowing that he should have been more careful with his words. Turns out it bit him in the ass.

"Call off the wedding for now and I'm not taking no for a answer King Hwang,there's no way that we are going to make the scroll without the council's discussion and investigation. We aren't going to have him married within a small time span"

I knew they wouldn't allow it but that's why I didn't make too much of a fuss when the king said it. I let him make his own choice so that way he would get caught for another of his mindless choices.

"Prince Hwang,I would like to talk to you after King Hwang leaves." The inspector general says before continuing "There's a council here for a reason and not for you to do what you do what you please. Don't do that again or I will have to look through every choice you make in the future"

Oh shit he's in huge trouble now,I mean I thought things couldn't get any worse for him but if Min Junhoon is going to look through all the scrolls in the future,then he's screwed. Perfect.

The king beging to tremble before cupping his hand over his mouth as begins to cough into his hand. He looks slightly panicked as blood drips through his fingers.

Yongbok looks at me in panic as I shake my head 'no' meaning for him not to react for the moment. "You may retire to your chambers King Hwang" Junhoon says as he begins to walk to his chambers coughing up more blood before falling down unconscious.

I kneel down to him acting panicked as I look around for anyone seemingly desperate before I wink at Yongbok. Sure I don't want him dead right now,the heartless bastard needs to suffer a bit.

Have I gone insane? Maybe a bit but at the same time,I can't have this clan go to shit because of his behavior.

"Min Junhoon,bring Lee Minho and Han Jisung. Send Han Jisung to his resting chambers and bring Lee Minho here"
