Severus looked around and groaned when he saw them. Them including a messy-haired boy with glasses, a boy with black hair and silver eyes, a tall boy with brown hair and scars, and a short, round boy with brown hair. potter, Black, Lupin, and Pettigrew. Them.
But... today, there was another one with them. She had chocolate brown hair and purple eyes. She was tall and thin. she was laughing at something Potter said.
Severus rolled his eyes. Another person to make fun of him. she probably wouldn't even get to know them, and just decide to take her friends' side.
Lupin sat down by the tree, his back resting against the tree. The new girl sat down next to Lupin. James noticed her and sat down next to her. Black stood next to the tree like he was keeping guard. Pettigrew stood off to the side. The new girl and Lupin both took put their wands and whispered something. Two books came flying out of the castle.
Suddenly, Black looked directly at Severus and whispered something to James.
Severus tried to hide.
James whispered something to the girl.
Severus prepared to pull out his wand and hex them before they hexes him.
The girl looked at him. Then she turned to James and whacked his on the head with her book. She stood up and walked over to Severus.
"Hi. My name is Olivia. What's your real name?" The girl asked.
"Real name?" Severus asked. James and Sirius were glaring daggers at him.
"My friends called you...ummm...Snivullus?"
Severus felt a cold wave of fury.
"My name's Severus Snape."
"That's a cool name. I dont care what my friends think. I think we're gonna be great friends."
Severus looked over where Lupin had joined the boys in glaring at him. He gulped, then realized the opportunity at hand.
"Yeah. Me too."
