CodyWan and MerriCal Drabbles

CodyWan College Confesssion

Obi-Wan sighs heavily and sets his books down on the table of the study room. Then he feels a tap on his shoulder.

"Hey, Obes"
"Hm? Oh, hey. Cody"

This is Obi-Wan, tired college student, 20, and his best friend (and crush) Cody. Obi-Wan sometimes can't help but turn pink around Cody. He's known Cody since Sophomore year high school and has liked him for a while now.

"Obi-Wan, did you finish that research paper for Mr.Windu?" Cody snaps him out of his thoughts.
"Huh? Oh, yeah, why?"
"Aughhh, I haven't even started yet. Do you mind helping me?"

Cody gets closer to Obi-Wan's face and flutters his eyelids. Obi-Wan swears he turns bright red and immediately shoves Cody in the chest.
Obi-Wan calms down and looks at Cody with annoyance.

"Hell no! You can do it yourself!" and he shoves him away again.
"You're so mean to me Obi. You don't love me?"

Cody gives him a smug smirk and bats his eyelashes.

"WHAT? NO. NO. NO." Obi-Wan shakes his head and shakes his hands as an act of defense.
"Awwww, Obes you don't love me?"
"Shut up, Cody. I do love you, but you have to do that paper yourself. And we came here to study for Mrs. Ti's test anyways."

Cody's face falls into a frown and is completely missing the smirk he had on just seconds earlier.

"Right, fine. Let's get started."

Obi-Wan immediately starts feeling guilty. What has he done!? Cody and Obi-Wan end up studying in silence, occasionally asking some questions, but going back to silence.
Obi-Wan puts his head down on his books and groans. Obi-Wan really had to mess up his relationship with Cody and now he won't ever talk to him again.

"Obi?"

Obi-Wan jolts up to the sound of his name.

"Wha-huh? Yes Cody?"
"Are you okay? I mean, you stopped studying,"

Cody observes Obi-Wan and puts his hand to his forehead,

"Do you feel sick? Do I need to take you back to your dorm?"

Cody looks deep into Obi-Wan's eyes waiting for his answer. Obi-Wan is REALLY red now, and struggles to find an answer.

"What- no, no- I'm-I feel- um-fi-"

He gets cut off, to Cody connecting his lips with his.

"Mmphh!?"

Cody grabs Obi-Wan's hands and gets closer to him.

"I'm sorry- I shouldn't have done that, not without your consent, but- I love you okay?
I don't care if you hate me, but I really like you okay? Ever since high school, when we were paired up-mm!"

Obi-Wan puts his lips on Cody's once again and then pulls away.

"I like you too dingus." Obi-Wan smiles softy.

Cody pulls Obi-Wan's chair closer and kisses him again and hugs him.

Cody smirks, "Now will you help me with Mr. Windu's research paper?"

"F**k no. You still have to do that yourself, buuuutttt I'll give you my notes."

Cody smiles and kisses him on the cheek,
"I know you would help me. I love you."

Obi-Wan doesn't respond, but puts his head on his boyfriend's shoulder and smiles.
