CHAPTER 38: Dangerous

Tila tinakasan ako ng lakas at hindi sinasadyang nabitawan ng hawak kong cellphone. Limikha ito ng malakas na tunog but i refuse to pick it up.

Agad akong tumayo at akmang aalis na ng pigilan ako ni Sigeour.

His face look so worried."What's going on?"

"Si Cloud. M-mapapahamak siya Sig! I need to go home...y-yung anak ko..."

He nooded before picking up my things and his. "Let's go, l'll come with you."

Mabilis ding tumayo si Mia. "I'll come too."

"No, you can't come with us,"mabilis kong sagot tinitigan siya diretsyo sa mata.

She looked like she was shocked by my reaction. "O-okay..."

"You can now go home, thank you for showing up and clearing some things for me. I trust Sigeour but i can't trust you. I'm sorry."

Dahan-dahan siyang tumango at ngumiti. Her smile looked genuine."It's okay, i understand. But i just want to say that i'm willing to help anytime. I hate Maggie as much as you do, she killed my sister, killed my parents and ruin my life. I don't see any reason for me to care for her. Infact, i badly want to kill her kahit kapalit pa nito ay makulong ako panghabang buhay wala na akong pakielam. I just want her gone,"bakas ang galit sa boses niya bago ako nginitian ng malungkot. Her eyes are screaming agony. "Here's my card incase you change your mind, please let me have my revenge on her."inabot niya sa akin ang white and black calling card bago muling ngumiti sa akin.

I just nodded my head at nagmamadaling lumabas ng coffee shop.

My mind was clouded. I couldn't even think properly. Hindi ako mapapalagay hangga't hindi pa kami nakakadating sa mansion.

Ang daming bagay na tumatakbo sa isip ko. Papaano natunton ni Maggie ang bahay namin? Papaano siya nakapasok ng ganun ganun nalang?! Hindi ba binilinan ni kuya ang mga guard niya?! Why would they let her in?!

Sa sobrang pre-occupied ko ay hindi ko namalayan na papauwi na pala kami. On the other hand, Sigeour is repeatedly assuring me that everything will be alright.

"Don't worry mi amor. Nakausap ko na si tita, i told her  not to let Maggie come near Cloud again, and i told her to be observant and raise her guard up. Defenitely not trust Maggie."

Tumango-tango habang nakatingin sa harapan. Mahigpit ang hawak ko sa seatbelt at hindi mapakali sa upuan.

Mia Yandres is one of her victims. Sinabi ni Mia after mamatay ni Maya ay mas lumala ang pagiging baliw ni Maggie. Mia tried to save their parents but unfortunetly bangkay na lang ang naabutan niya. Nasusunog na ang bahay ng madatnat niya ito. She couldn't do anything but to cry helplessly. Hindi niya magawang makapagsumbong sa pulis dahil nakalaguyo din ni Maggie ang hepe. At kapag sinubukan niyang magsumbong sa mga autoridad ay buhay naman niya ang babawiin.

So, she tried to hide and hide with the help of an old single na may maliit na negosyo. They fell in love and eventually  got married  but he died immediately. Kaya lahat ng negosyo ng lalake ay sa kaniya napunta. She used it to widen his business and secure her safety  but then Sigeour found her then asked her if she knew Maggie. At first she tried to runaway and thought that Sigeour is one of Maggie's men but Sigeour explained everything to her. He told her what Margoux did to me and that's the reason why she's here now.

She decided not to hide anymore and it's time to take her revenge on Maggie. Lalo na't she has nothing to lose anymore.

Napatigil ako sa pag-iisip ng makarating na kami sa tapat ng bahay. I saw a red Porsche parked infront of our house. And i'm certain na kay Maggie ang sasakyan na 'yon.
